Surrounding an expansive lawn known as "The Field," this unit offers a well-appointed king and queen-size beds, private bath, spacious living room, full kitchen, and outdoor seating area. - The property requires a damage deposit of $50/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.
- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.
- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.
