Welcome to The Pearl of Navarre #1502, a delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf front condo that promises a relaxing beachside retreat. This charming unit comfortably sleeps 4, making it perfect for couples or small families looking to enjoy the beauty of Navarre Beach.

As you enter, you'll find a modern kitchen equipped with all updated stainless-steel appliances and everything you’ll need to make your favorite meals. Three bar chairs provide a casual dining space or a spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Just in front of the kitchen, a circular dining table seats four, offering a cozy setting for meals with loved ones. This condo also includes a bar area complete with a bar sink and an ice maker!

The living room is a welcoming space with plenty of seating, including a comfortable sofa and two chairs, ideal for lounging or watching the large flat-screen TV. The room's true highlight is the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony, presenting stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you're inside relaxing or stepping out onto the balcony, the emerald green waters and sugar-white sands are always in sight.

The master bedroom is a tranquil haven with a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath featuring a garden tub and a stand-alone shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom ensure you wake up to the serene sight of the Gulf every morning. Please note that the master bedroom windows do not have curtains, and a sleep mask is provided for your comfort. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and is conveniently located next to the guest bathroom, which includes a shower/tub combo.

One of the condo’s standout features is the private balcony. With ample seating, it’s the perfect spot to soak in the panoramic views of Navarre Beach, whether you're enjoying a sunrise coffee or a sunset cocktail.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Pearl of Navarre Condo

Very nice accomadations. Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, had everything one needed supplied. The view was spectacular. Would stay again!

Peaceful Paradise

Navarre is such a beautiful place and our condo complemented the feel. It was a smooth check in and check out and a very relaxing, comfortable week due to the condo having everything we needed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an absolutely perfect condo, EXCEPT there are no window coverings in the main bedroom! Some of us require absolute minimal light in order to sleep. The dark sleep masks left out by the owner did very little to meet this requirement. For goodness sake, in such an elegant condo, put up some bedroom curtains/blinds or else clearly state in the property description that there are none!

We enjoyed our time in Navarre. The condo was beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation. The view from the balcony was amazing. We loved being able to see the dolphins, stingrays and sea turtles.

Gulf of America —-Beautiful!

This condo was better than the pictures. When we got there and checked in, we walked thru every room and it was immaculate. Every corner of the shower was clean. There is an ice maker, which was a nice surprise. The only complaint we had was the couch was not the comfortable. Definitely recommend 1000%

Beautiful View , Master bedroom

Great location, very private balcony. Suggestions would be keurig , chairs and umbrella included would been nice , Blow dryer and one more chair on balcony. This is perfect for 4 people. I usually pick the end condos but this one did not disappoint felt very private. Nice bedding, plenty of pillows blankets . Property management very easy to reach. We left this condo on Thursday and finished our stay with other family at summer wind . In comparison they had beach towels, blow dryers, closet full of floats and chairs baby items, Lots of shampoo conditioners body wash soap large size cleaners and dish soap, lots towels so many thoughtful items. Seating for 6 on balcony and two high top tables, access to 3 pools three hot tubs down by the pier. So depending on if you like quit beautiful condo or more party atmosphere. The pier had live music at night too. So half week at each was very enjoyable high recommended

Great Oceanview

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo and the view was wonderful. The master bedroom view is awesome and the mattress is very comfortable. The only thing that didn't work for us is the tv in the living room...the cable did not work. The living room furniture is not comfortable for us older folks. Though we are away from home and this condo made us feel at home, we would have preferred a "beachy" decor and furniture to match the oceanview. With all that said, I'm glad this place was available for us and thank you for keeping it clean.

NO DRAPERY OR BLINDS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM, which is fully glazed on the exterior wall that faces the ocean. This is not disclosed on the online description, which we were completely caught off guard when it was discovered when we arrived. The owner does offer sleep mask, but as a 40 year old, I've never used a sleep mask in my life and don't plan to start while on vacation. My wife and I get up a 5a every morning and vacation is the only time we truly get to sleep in. This missing feature made it extremely difficult. It also poses a privacy issue. Clear glass windows, with lights on at night leave you and your family completely exposed to anyone on the beach. Such an easy thing to add to your windows for people to make their own choice to open or close them. It doesn't sound like the owner has any interest in adding them, which is their decision to make, I just ask that they make this clear on their advertisements so that others aren't caught off guard like my wife and I. The condo itself is gorgeous and very clean. We did have AC cooling issues when we arrived, but the management staff was very prompt to get someone there to make the needed repair. Outside of the kitchen and bathrooms, the space is only lit with lamps and accent lighting. This leaves the space very low lit during the night time hours. If cards and board games are your thing on rainy days and nights, this may not be the space for your. Besides the two main complaints described above, it is very nice.
