1. Smoking inside is not allowed.
2. Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00pm to 9:00am.
3. Parties or events are not allowed.
4. Children under 18 must be supervised by adult over 21 while in the community, at or in pool. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
5. No Glass or sound systems in Pool Area. Respect the other guests use of the facilities.
6. Please report damages immediately.
7. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.
8 Tampering or removal of security devices will result in cancellation and removal without refund.
9. NO PETS: Guests are not allowed to bring animals of any kind into this rental. Failure to comply will result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund and removal from the property. (Service Animals with valid registration identification issued by the Mexican Government AND with advance approval from host are the only exceptions).
10. Guests are encouraged to book Independent Travel Insurance as cancellation policies are strictly enforced.
