The Space:
Welcome to Pikes Peak BrightStar Boutique! This beautiful tiny home, nestled in the center of Woodland Park, has some of the most amazing direct views of Pikes Peak from inside or outside the home! As you enter this tiny home, you will experience bright wood finishes throughout the home renewing your senses while giving you a homey yet cozy cabin feeling throughout. The house can accommodate up to four guests, has visible high ceilings in the living room area with a beautiful kitchen that has all anyone would need to make home cooked meals.
The home and loft is delightfully decorated with bright lights and colored lights strips throughout and has beautiful views of Pikes Peak right from your bed. Enjoy a cup of coffee and relax your mind as you head outside to your own patio and firepit furnished with composite outdoor chairs and a propane gas firepit. Enjoy the beautiful clear skies gazing at the stars on any given night while roasting marshmallows or smores throughout the evening. The views of Pikes Peak are breathtaking on a sunny day any day of the week.
The home is furnished with a nice big flat screen TV in the living room and loft areas allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows day and night on our internet connected smart TVs! The internet itself is superfast and consistent throughout for you to connect any device needed to keep pace with the day's news or plan your next day's trip. As you make your way up the STEP LADDER, you will encounter a spacious bedroom loft equipped with a comfortable full-sized bed( 4.5 ft. ceiling high). The home is also is equipped with a washer/dryer to refresh your laundry as needed. The kitchen does not have an oven but it has a stove top to cook your favorite meals. Also, the couch easily converts to a full-size bed.
Great location, right off of route 24, and close to everything Woodland Park has to offer!
We do highly advise that you purchase traveler's or trip insurance to protect your purchase in the event of poor weather, illness, or other factors outside our control that would cause you to have to cancel after booking. Many credit cards offer this protection as well.

The home has a smart lock for convenient and contactless check in. Prior to checking in, you will be provided a code for entry.
The Neighborhood:
Pikes Peak BrightStar Boutique is located in Woodland Park in a beautiful tiny home community called Peak View Park. We are right off of route 24 so during the winter months, no need to worry about driving down Icey steep hills and we are less than a mile from supermarkets, Walmart, restaurants, etc. for your convenience. Uber Eats, DoorDash and other delivery services also can bring food and groceries right to your door!
Getting Around:
Once you enter through the main entrance, the house (Unit X) is located on the left hand side between Unit W and Unit V towards the back. Park between Unit W and Unit V and walk towards the back and you will see the house on the right hand side across from the yellow house (Unit Y). Only one parking space is available per stay. Enjoy your stay!
Other Things to Note:
Lofts are great for kids and smaller adults due to lower ceilings. If sleeping adults, please be aware the lower ceiling height so most adults will not be able to stand upright when getting around in the Loft.
The kitchen does not have an oven but it has a stove top to cook your favorite meals.

We understand some guests who stay with us travel into town a bit earlier than check in time and we can accommodate early check in requests when available.
