WELCOME TO THE LOOKOUT AT BRASADA RANCH
This spacious residence boasts unobstructed Cascade Mountain views, a sprawling lawn, patio & large built in gas fire pit. A covered terrace runs along the back where you can enjoy dinner, drinks and dramatic sunsets with friends & family. Inside find voluminous ceilings, a dramatic stone fireplace, open kitchen, large pantry & wine closet. Features 5 BR & a 2nd story bunk room.

THE RESORT
Enjoy all Brasada Ranch has to offer. Options for everyone with access to golf, spa, multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), fitness room, open-air peloton studio, tennis, horseback tours, stocked ponds for fishing, kids center and daily kids activities (some advanced reservations and additional fees may apply).

CENTRAL OREGON
Feel like enjoying more than the resort? Famous breweries and fine dining await as Bend is an easy 30 minute drive. Enjoy trails, hikes and the Deschutes in the Summer or ski Bachelor in the winter.

BRASADA RANCH RESORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that there is a non-negotiable, per day per person Resort Charge for all guests six years of age and older will be charged to your reservation after booking. These will be collected prior to your stay. The resort fee provides guests with access to the above amenities. Rental cards are distributed at Guest Services (Ranch House) during the check in and registration process. The access cards will open the Community Gates, Cascade Pool and provide entry to the Athletic Center. Upon departure, access cards must be returned to Guest Services or card fee will be assessed. Please contact us for more information.

*PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE BLACKOUT DATES FOR USING THE BRASADA RANCH RESORT FACILITIES JULY 4-6, 2025 AND AUGUST 30-31, 2025. THERE WILL NOT BE A CHARGE IF YOU BOOK OVER THOSE DATES.

THINGS TO KNOW
- Our guests have access to the Brasada Ranch Athletic Center pool facilities, but cannot access the Cascade pool and hot tub or Golf Members only pool.
- Up to 12 guests may use the Brasada Ranch amenities at one time.
- Guests may not utilize or park RVs, off-road vehicles, trailers, or other large vehicles at this property. Violators will be fined.
- Please submit the required registration form at least 48 hours prior to arrival or we may need to cancel the booking

PARKING DETAILS
Large 3 car garage with large driveway for up to 4 additional vehicles. Please do not park on the street -- vehicles may be towed.

RULES
- No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a fine.
- Enjoy with large groups, but please no outside guests and/or parties.
- Resort paperwork and guest names will need to be signed prior to staying.

This house is great! Our family had a wonderful time there, the property manager is friendly and easy to work with, the views from the house are stunning and the location was perfect for us to attend a family wedding at Brasada. Definitely recommend!

Bryce was a wonderful host for our one week stay. We had all of the things we needed for adults and children to be comfortable, the property was massive, the views amazing and the house is absolutely beautiful. Would 10/10 recommend a stay here.

Absolute best place for a week with geographically spread out family. White water, horses, restaurants, breweries, Sun!! House was fully outfitted, beds great, fire pit for late nights, and quiet upstairs for a few work hours, and the view! Special place! Thanks, Bryce

Perfect getaway

We came with six adults and five kids. The house was absolutely PERFECT for our larger group. There was ample space for the kids to play inside or outside, and the adults enjoyed post-bedtime bbq and fire pit conversation. The house was clean, comfortable, and connecting with the owners was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Five Stars - Absolutely excellent!We had a wonderful weekend staying at this property. Our party had grandparents, and adults with young children ages 18 months - 4 years old.The home is spacious and allowed for everyone to have their own space while still keeping watch on the little ones.It was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and the entire home was cozy and didn't feel like your typical rental.The resort has tennis, golfing and fantastic swimming as well as great restaurant options.Bryce our host was so kind, helpful and responsive. He made the experience the best it could be! I can't say enough good things about him and this stay. We would love to return if we have the chance!

Friends getaway

We headed to Brasada ranch with a large group of friends. The house worked perfectly and the kids loved having their own space in the loft. The property manager was easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed. The amenities were fun as well!

Beautiful house in Brasada Ranch makes a great home base for family travel. Only 2 full baths was a bit tough for a group of 10, would love more mirrors in bedrooms to make this easier! Some cleanliness issues when we arrived but was quickly corrected. Brasada Ranch policies are hard to nail down and ensure understanding of extra fees upon stay. Once arrived we received push back from resort staff of access to pools and had to get additional management support to “allow us to use once” after paying 1000 in resort fees. Overall good trip and would recommend the home due to comfy beds, good layout of rooms and beautiful views!

Top Notch

This rental experience was awesome from start to finish. The host was very responsive and provided exceptional directions for check in. The views of the house are second to none and the house is very well kept and furnished. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone in the area!

Excellent!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay. We stayed here as our daughter chose Brasada to get married at, and we were looking for a home to accommodate our family and the comings and goings and preparation for an intimate wedding. The home easily accommodated this. The home is beautiful, well stocked with all we needed, the views are spectacular, the host is helpful and very quick to respond, instructions are very clear, and the home was all we were hoping for and more. We highly recommend this property.

Exactly what we were looking for

What a great house!! This house was perfect! We had 6 adult and 6 kids. The space upstairs was great for the kids to be kids. Huge open floor plan and 5 bedrooms made it easy for everyone to get their own bed. Their are 4 beds up in the upstairs play room. Bryce was an excellent host and was available quickly both times I reached out. We will be looking to book the same home if we come back next year!!!

For the most part, our family had a very enjoyable stay. We saw some fantastic sunrises and sunsets, and had plenty of room for the family. There were a couple issues with the house: 1) There was essentially no lighting whatsoever in the living room. While the beams have lighting on them, the lighting points toward the beams and the ceiling and doesn't light the living room at all. There's a tiny lamp by the window but again, very poor lighting for the living room. The family was trying to do a puzzle on the coffee table and we literally could not see after dark. I think the living room would work fine in the summer when it's light until late, but during the winter when it gets dark early, that's a pretty dark space for everyone to hang out in. 2) The master bathroom shower was clogged. It was very slow during the first couple days, and by the third day it had 1-2 inches of sitting water. Yuck. 3) the guest bathroom shower liner had pink mold on it. Again, yuck. Their house cleaning team should have caught these issues. 5) the kitchen was a nice size, but to be honest, for housing so many people, it seemed a little understocked. More dishes, serving bowls, and pots/pans would be helpful. With our group, we were constantly having to wash and reuse the dishes to stay on top of everything because there was no extra. We mentioned the issues to the owner - and received a "thanks for letting us know" response.

We appreciate the feedback and wish we could have had the opportunity to address a couple of the issues you mentioned during your stay. For future potential guests, the plumbing and shower curtain issues were immediately remedied as soon as we were made aware of the problem. Further, the kitchen is stocked with silverware, plates, glasses, etc. for 14 , which is the guest capacity of the house.
