Charming Catskill getaway walking distance to Main St. Pet-friendly!

This centrally located home is just a few minutes walk to Main St where you can explore the historic Catskill city and find nice cafes/restaurants to explore. Tucked away on a quiet street, you will be able to have quiet nights in while being in close proximity to destination towns like Hudson. It's also less than a 10 min drive to the famous Hudson NY antique warehouse for the antique enthusiasts.

As you enter the house, you will be welcomed into a detached Sunroom featuring a foosball table and seating area with board games. Through the Sunroom, is the fully stocked kitchen / dining room outfitted with retro inspired interior decor.

The house has been recently renovated to add modern touches and features a large living space where people can gather for a movie night or sit around the fireplace.

Three bedrooms sit along the hallway - two rooms hold a queen sized bed with comfortable hotel style bedding and one smaller office/guest room with a designated work area to accommodate remote workers. Plus, with its high speed internet, there is no worry of dropping out of Zoom meetings.

Parking:
1 large driveway that can accommodate up to 2 cars.

Things to note:
- Pets are welcome for an additional non-refundable fee of $75 for a maximum of 2 pet. We just ask that they be kept off of furniture and any accidents / damages be reported.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Please do not light the fireplace outside of the winter months. 1 log will be provided with each booking; you can request extra in advance.

- This is a no shoes inside home, I would appreciate it if guests are respectful of that. Thank you!

Great stay!

We had a great stay here! The check in process was super easy and Jiyon was very communicative. The house was super comfortable and conveniently located for a weekend of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!

Four of us stayed in this house for a weekend trip to Catskill and had a great time. We loved that the house was clean, within walking distance to the main street of the town, and that there were lots of tea options to choose from. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect location, and the refurbishing of the interior is absolutely stunning! The manager truly thought of everything, from coffee to toothbrushes! I would definitely recommend this home to others!

This property is an older home, but spotless and very convenient to the city of Catskills and also for beautiful rides in the mountains. Loved having easy parking. The host left lovely beauty products, as well as coffee and tea. There were 3 senior ladies and all the bedding was very comfortable.

Stayed over Labor Day weekend for Dromfest, a small local music festival. House was cute, spotlessly clean, and check in was easy. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was great. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would expect. Walking distance down the hill to Main Street. We will be back!

We just spent a week at this very comfortable and convenient house in Catskill. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and once we came to grips with the remote, the television and wifi were fine. We appreciated unscented laundry soap for the washer. Both of us caught colds while there, and were pleased to be able to order a grocery delivery from Price Chopper. Catskill itself is a charming village. The house is a basic bungalow, but there are some stunning Victorians to ogle in the neighborhood. The Beattie-Powers historic house is within easy walking distance, with splendid views over the river.

Weekend wedding

We had a 2 night stay while in Catskill for a wedding. My hubby, 8 year old and 2 dogs in tow. House was just right for us. My son loved the board games available and the foosball table. House is uncluttered and very clean. Surrounding are is historic with a short walk to downtown shops. I would definitely rent here again.

Comfortable, well-equipped in-town home

The listing accurately describes this 3 bedroom, 1 bath house. It's on a busy road in Catskill; traffic noise was noticeable but not objectionable and tapered off at night. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, and about a 0.3 mile walk to downtown Catskill for restaurants and shops. From the rear carport/porch one walks into an entry room then a well equipped, large kitchen with plenty of counter space. The living room is large and tastefully appointed. The wifi was fast and solid and there is a smart TV for streaming. The bedrooms and bathroom are all small, however the queen bed in the back bedroom was memory foam and very comfortable. The host was quickly responsive, especially when we had an entry code issue upon arrival. Overall a solid top rating for this home.
