Lakefront spectacular view

Rest and relax at Jeff and Nodie's place. There is no other cottage with its spectacular view of the main lake.. The view of the water is the same whether you sit at the dining table looking through a sliding glass door, on the porch or around the stone fire pit. The newly renovated cottage has an open floor plan with a full kitchen and family room. The porch with an outside dining area is located directly off of the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with many amenities including a microwave, blender and an air fryer and is fully stocked with pots and pans. There are two newly decorated bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and the other has twin beds. In the family room there is a queen sofa bed. A full size washer and dryer are available if you need to wash during your stay. Jeff and Nodie's Place has WI-FI and Cable TV.
There are a few charcoal grills as well as a gas grill for your outside grilling pleasure. An outside sink with hot and cold water is available as well.
There is a private pier for your use with anchors for a boat and water toys. There is a NC Wildlife Boat Access Ramp less than a mile away. The cottage is located directly to the left as you leave the boat access area. For your outside enjoyment, there are 2 kayaks, a large water mat a cornhole game and life jackets. Enjoy swimming off of the pier. The water is approximately 5 ft directly in front of the pier. You can fish anywhere around the peninsula.
Jeff and Nodie's Place is centrally located off of River Road. The grocery store, restaurants, Eaton's Ferry Marina and gas stations are located on River Road (Eaton Ferry Road) within 5 miles..
