10/10! The host was so incredible, great communication and the place was perfect! The location was perfect for dining, shopping, groceries, and night life. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the city. Highly recommend!!!

This place is a DUMP! Arrived to see homeless surrounding the entrance. Trash was piled everywhere. The hallway was disgusting. The building is a 1900’s tenement with no visible renovations 125 years later!! Entering the apartment was awful! The pictures were modified to make it look livable. The shower was 18 inches square with the toilet shoved against it! There were small, apparently plastic heating units plugged into the wall!! The host just gave us the keys and said, “If anyone asks say you live here!!” How deplorable is that!! We left immediately and asked for a refund and were told we should have lowered our expectations and flatly refused to honor our refund. Run don’t walk away from this deplorable place!
This is supposed to be a kitchen. 🤮
Just try to sit on THAT! 🙄

La pasamos muy bien, tiene una excelente ubicacion cerca de todo.El unico detalle es que el sistema de calefaccion no sirve, cuando lo prenden suena como que estan pegando a la tuberia , se calienta unos minutos y luego frio de nuevo.

She canceled on me at the very last minute, 1 hour after check in, did not give me a reason, did not even apologize, and was generally awful. I had to call her to figure out my stay was cancelled. Do not book.

Property matched the photos and description. Beds were comfortable. Both bed rooms had a/c window units which kept the temperature comfortable throughout our stay (90 degrees outside).Host was great at communication amd responded quickly when needed.We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you

We stayed in this apartment for one week in July. The location was excellent! The apartment itself was very clean and cozy and had all of the basic essentials. The host was great and very communicative. We really appreciated being able to make this reservation at the last minute. Everything went well. The best part about the apartment was the location which was close to tons of restaurants and shops and cafés. The neighborhood was very safe and convenient to multiple subway stations as well.

The place is exactly as described. It's a bit small since we are from west coast, but the size is consistent with the neighborhood. The property manager is very responsive. There was no hairdryer when we moved in. After we made the request, he got us one the same day.

Great location in LES NYC

This is right in the hub of all the action on the LES. It is on a quiet street just a quick walk from a great bodega and lots of restaurants and night life. It is close to the F subway and several other stations. There is a wonderful kitchen/living space attached to the two bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Trip almost ruined

About 40 minutes before check-in I was told the reservation was double booked. The owner provided relocation but almost 30 minutes away. Then I was told I would have to relocate again the following morning to the original booking. Had to cancel plans that I had the next morning to wait to move all the luggage’s and items to the original booking wasted lots of time and energy.(had to carry all the luggage up and down 5 flights if stairs) extremely inconvenient with the fact that I was only there for a weekend and did not have much time to waste. Upon checking into the original reservation it was almost impossible to sleep with loud heater noises banging on the walls and to add to the fact that the 2 main windows ground level did not lock at all. felt extremely unsafe and overall disappointed in my experience with this reservation. Owner was extremely helpful but also very rude. Refused to refund me for 1 night at least for the inconvenience which is extremely fair. Then owner threatened me saying that I could stay longer after check out if I removed my complaint if not they would kick me out right as the reservation ended. extremely unprofessional.
