We enjoyed the stay, the place was nice and convenient. Was a little confusing having to go to a different place to get the keys to check in but other then that I would stay again

The condo was very nice and spacious. It was clean, other than a wad of hair in the bathroom. There were some minor maintenance issues (broken handle on master toilet and have to hold it down to flush, issues with ice-maker getting hung up). The patio furniture needs to be updated, as the table is falling apart and made a mess on the balcony. I thought it was the kids eating out there, but when cleaning it up, realized the table is rusting out underneath and was dropping rusty pieces every time it was touched. Lol! Beds and furniture were comfortable, and the elevator and AC were in great working order. The pool area is fabulous, and well-maintained. Would much prefer a keycode to get in, as opposed to the cards that you have to keep up with. Also, check-in could be better, based on past VRBO experiences (have to go across the road to get a packet).

Perfect

This was a last minute reservation after previous reservation in Siesta Key were canceled due to hurricane. Great location directly on beach. Very secure building and grounds.

Vacation

The closet door was off the track, the garage can lid was not connected to the can, the ice maker was stopped up, the patio needed to be mopped, the kitchen floor had sand on it. My husband fixed the closet door, ice maker, the garbage can. Indigo is a great place to stay maybe just not 1701E. Also the bunk beds were not that great.

Small things like a closet door off track, an ice maker clog, or a sandy patio can certainly be annoying, but our property care team would have been happy to take care of them during your stay. We’ll review the bunk beds and other items you mentioned to see where improvements can be made. Indigo is indeed a wonderful place, and we hope you’ll give 1701E another chance to show its best side.

Condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds except for the couple that had to sleep on bunk beds! Understand they weren’t the most comfortable bed for them!! View from balcony was great. We had a most enjoyable trip and add our thanks for the enjoyable place to “park our bodies”!! Thank you for your hospitality!The only complaint (if such) was no handicapped spaces available and there were no carts available at night. Or until people loaded their cars and released carts, making it very difficult for us to get loaded by the 10:00AM departure time. We were sorely pushed to do so. Other than that we had a great time!! Thank you all!!

This place was fine. I’ve stayed in a lot of rental properties and this one felt like a true basic rental property from someone that probably owns a ton of them. I just expected a little more for the cost and location. The patio furniture is really cheap, a lot of the furniture doesn’t fit its space, and the entire condo needs a deep cleaning. The curtains in 3 of the bedrooms are barely the size of the windows so it’s a little difficult to cover them. In the kitchen, the pans are non-stick and the coating is chipping off on almost all of them. The dishwasher is pretty dirty and smells. The ice machine works but doesn't dispense through the door. There are no seasonings or anything of the sort left in the condo, so be prepared to buy everything you need. Also, there are grills to use but keep in mind they are charcoal and the unit doesn’t have any grilling utensils. There are bunk beds but the ladders aren’t installed properly so it’s a little difficult to get down from the top bunks. Communication from the management company was stellar and the property is really nice. The pools are great, the common areas are very well maintained, and the staff is nice. They also have lots of carts to use to get your luggage, stuff, and groceries up to your unit. Again, it was fine and I don’t regret staying here but I probably wouldn't stay there again.
