Main Street Cottage with park across the street. Walk to downtown area.

Dine in the quaint dining area as you look across the lovely yard to the park across the street. A comfortable living room with sofa and love seat, makes it comfortable to stay in during those rainy days. This is a 1940's house with a cozy feel, but nothing fancy! Front room and 3 bedrooms have TV's with Roku for streaming. Walk a few blocks to downtown area, that has a nice variety of eateries, bakery, donut shop and quaint little stores. The kitchen is stocked with coffee pot, waffle maker, toaster and lots of serving pieces and baking pans. Two bedrooms on ground floor and up a flight of stairs are 2 bedrooms on second floor. All beds are full size, with extra sheets & blankets. Bedrooms have small closets with clothes hangers. Downstairs/main bathroom has shower and the upstairs bathroom is a half bath. Regular size ironing board and iron. An office space is found upstairs. Outside, there is a covered patio and a small deck off of the kitchen. You enter the home from this covered patio, then enter house through the kitchen area. Washer and Dryer and a small chest freezer are found in a separate room off of the deck. The covered patio has a small table and a few plastic chairs to sit and hang outside on a nice summer evening. Designated parking is in a well lit parking lot. The house is located next to Santiam Place Event Hall, where all kinds of family gatherings take place and you are just a few steps away from gathering with your family for a special celebration. Easy to find and just 8 miles off of I-5 Interstate. Please No Pets!

Pull back the bedding from any bed that was slept in, leave the bedding on the bed. Put any dirty towels, etc. in the bathtub.

Turn off all of the lights, turn AC/Heat units to 72, Leave the keys on the table and lock the door as you go out.

Inside Garbage to be put in larger can on the porch. Large can goes to the Dodge Street sidewalk (East of beige fence) on Sunday evenings.

No very large items in the washer/dryer.

What a great place to stay. Fantastic house, the kitchen is so well stocked. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner for my family and it had everything we needed. Sally the host even brought us card tables and extra chairs.

It was clean, the host left lots of snacks and drinks for our group. It was easy to check in and out and easy to contact our host. The house is an older house and a bit outdated, but very comfortable.

Our recent stay at the cottage was wonderful! Sally was an excellent host. The house was clean and inviting. On site parking was easliy accessible. We had six adults in our party and privacy and accessibility was never an issue. Coordinating access was incredibly easy with Sally, as she was able to give us a tour and answer any subsequent questions we had. We definitely will be booking this property again as we have family who live in town. Thank you again Sally

Sally made us feel so welcome. We were in town for family matters and she was so kind. Her home is exceptional, very well stocked with everything that you could ever want or need to make your stay comfortable.Our family lives in Lebanon and we will always seek out this cozy home to stay in. Nice place in old rural town

House was a described and well maintained. We were in for a wedding and needed space for 7 and acheived the need at a nice price point. I would recommend the home for this need for sure. The town of Lebanon is a rural farming community and you should plan accordingly.

We can’t thank our host enough!! She gave us an in-depth instructional tour of the house when we arrived and continued to be available during our entire stay. The location was perfect with easy access and great parking. Sally became a real friend - even sent us home with a box of iris to plant when we got home. Super cool!!

I own a small Event Hall with indoor and outdoor space. People book the event hall for different types of gatherings/celebrations. The Event Hall (Santiam Place) is right next door. In fact, the parking for the rental house is the parking lot of the Hall. I enjoy hosting a space for people to gather. This summer will be a trial run for renting the house through VRBO, as I usually rent to traveling health professionals! The neighborhood is a mix of residential and business, with a park and Library and Sr. Center across the street. The local hospital is 3 blocks away. The downtown area is 3 blocks walking distance and has a variety of eateries, small shops and a movie theater. Lebanon is 8 miles off of I-5, about 20 miles from Corvallis, Oregon (and Oregon State University), about 50 miles from Eugene, Oregon (and University of Oregon), less than 50 miles from Salem, Oregon.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Location, Location, Location. Just 8 miles from Interstate I-5. Going North on I-5 is Salem, or going South on I-5 is Eugene. So we are an in-between spot. If you are traveling to be at a gathering at Santiam Place Event Hall in Lebanon, then you are there! Just walk out the door and it's across the parking lot.
