Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the heating and air conditioning system did not meet your expectations and that the upstairs bedrooms became too warm during your stay. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding additional fans and will share it with our team for consideration. We understand that the property's location along a busier street may not be ideal for everyone, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. Guest feedback is valuable as we continually look for ways to improve. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

I’m glad to hear you loved the amenities, the deck, and that handy ice cooler! It sounds like a great setup for a relaxing time. I can see how the road situation would be a bit of a concern, especially when the kids are involved. It’s one of those details that’s easy to overlook until you’re actually there. Hopefully, it didn't take away too much from your overall enjoyment. We hope to see you back! -Mackey
