The community has gated access and a private boat ramp, with access to a marina with fuel and fishing supplies. Surrounded by water, the house offers a spectacular view of the lake from both the upstairs and downstairs patios, with amazing sunsets over the lake. Guests can often watch Bald Eagles fish the cove as well as other wildlife right in front of the house.

Completely updated three bedroom, two and a half bath, water-front home in a lovely, gated community on Lake Livingston. Modern and stylish, but comfortably appointed with an open living area featuring large picture windows overlooking the lake.

Two king beds and a full-over-double-twin bunk sleeps four adults and four children comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with seating for eight and additional outdoor seating on the balcony, perfect for gathering with friends and family.

Outdoor grilling area so that you can cook what you catch! Or, simply bring your food and enjoy creating meals together inside or, out.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
