The property worked out great for my wife and I. It was very clean and easy to locate. If we had an issue Dorys was right there to help us end what we thought was a problem. We were close to everything you could want or need just as the property claimed on the website. I would highly recommend Dorys and here property if you are heading to the area.

We stayed for 2 weeks. We absolutely loved it. The fridge has a bit of a hard time keeping up but it did the job. The amenities of the resort were fantastic. Dorys was great at communicating.

This cute little place was ideal for my stay in the Orlando area. It was close to the expressway at an RV park. The park was very quiet and I liked the fact that the unit was right by the entrance. I appreciate all of the little amenities including first aid items, hand lotion, mirror et cetera. The host provided some snacks and some k-cups including powdered creamer and sugar, as well. The place was nice and clean. It's ideal for three people. Anytime I needed assistance or had a question the host was right there. I could not have asked for more.

Great place to stay close to the parks

Super cute and cozy place close to all the parks. Has a nice pool and hot tub and lots to do around the property. Would definitely stay there again!

The listing is as pictured. It's a comfy home that was near everything. It was about a 20 minute drive to the Universal parks, which isn't bad. It has everything you need for your stay.

This property was perfect for two friends more interested in golf than luxury accommodation. We appreciated the decor, cleanliness, and separate bedrooms. It was well stocked. Comfortable beds. Convenient location for restaurants and groceries, especially since we didn’t have a car and relied on Uber. We enjoyed the pool time-not too busy in early April. We experienced a roof leak after some intense rain and the host immediately arranged an exterior repair. Very responsive. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold. Cranked up the settings which helped the freezer a bit. Would definitely return, but hope the fridge is better.

We stayed for a week.The good...Super close to all Disney parksPlace is cleanHost is super quick to respondProperty is mostly quietThe badThe fridge does not keep cold. Even at coldest setting for a week it never got cold, cool yes but not cold. Though the freezer was perfect.There is an obvious ant problem. There was constantly ants in the kitchen sink and counter as well as bathroom sink. The place is clean so no food source for them we just assume it's for water source. There are ant traps but I was frustrated with killing ants daily.Place is small.This is a mobile home. The second bedroom is a converted carport area. Not completely insulated but there is an ac in the window. We did not use the area.Bathroom is very small but you can make due.We don't feel the place has enough space for more then 2 adults to comfortably sit. If you're using the place to truly just sleep and not eat or hang out you'd be ok.Couch is a love seat and there is a arm chair.Tvs very small but again not really a big deal.Hot water runs out within a 10 minute shower. We had issues getting hot water at first but the host told us about a switch in the kitchen as well as fuse box.We did not use any of the property amenities

Overall great place to stay for a vacation

While there was some initial confusion over check-in procedures (which was rectified over multiple phone calls while en-route to the location from the airport, and could have easily been a fluke) the owner was very attentive to needs, quick to respond, and polite throughout the entire stay.If we were to travel to Florida again to the same area we would gladly use this property again.

Great little spot to enjoy Orlando

The space is very pleasant and clean. The decor is cute and fun, and the beds are comfortable. I appreciated the tea and fruit snacks provided by the host. The neigbors unfortunately had a yappy dog that sometimes barked when we wanted to sleep, but I wouldn't expect the host to be able to do anything about that.

Orlando family vacay

Mod Pod ……very impressed with the property . We stayed for a week through Christmas was everything we needed to be comfortable throughout the holiday. We would definitely recommend this to anyone ! …communication with property owners was perfect …power did go out on xmas eve (turkey cooking I imagine lol …they messaged us right away and power company had it goin again in about an hour …very friendly and safe park very happy with it

Absolutely AMAZING Gem of a place!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! From start to finish, everything about our stay was perfect. The host’s communication was outstanding, making the entire process seamless. Check-in was a breeze, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything yet tucked away from the main roads, providing a peaceful and quiet retreat.The amenities were fantastic! We loved the mini golf course, pool, hot tub, and shuffleboard—plenty to keep everyone entertained. As for the house itself, it was exceptionally well-stocked, spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it feel like a home away from home.Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay—I can’t wait to come back!Cha

Pleasantly surprised

This was our first time staying at an RV resort. We didn't know what to expect but wanted to give it a try. Besides a minor communication hiccup our first time experience was pretty good. The unit was clean, had tons of ancillary items that made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The only bump was the fridge wasn't cold enough at the high setting but no big worry. Overall it was a great experience and the location can't be beat with restaurants and shops nearby. Give it a shot.

Small but festive

Property was small, which is fine for a stay like ours where it was just a couple, or maybe a family with 1 child (there was an extra "bedroom"), and you're not planning on spending much time at the property itself. Fun decor. Location was good, in a gated community, was about 15-22$ to Uber to Disney/Universal. Our only issue was no hot water for a couple days and the owners did not know the issue was there, or how to fix it (tripped breaker) and gave the impression they did not initially believe us that there was a problem. Once resolved everything was good.

My teen daughter and I enjoyed our time at the cottage. There was great communication with the host. The house had everything we needed. The area is quiet. My daughter enjoyed the pool and I used the laundry. The property and amenities are older but well maintained. It is near to anything you want, chain eateries, local Egyptian and Brazillian fast food, grocery stores, etc. i would definitely stay there again!

Very quick responses from host Not a super busy park- pool use was great and not busy most times. Quiet area. Could use more details surrounding it being an RV park and that a key card is needed for the pool laundry room and other activities. No BBQ available either
