The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There's room for 4 at the bar or just walk a few steps to take your meals to the beach!
The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and is kitted with a smart TV, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. This space is also stocked with games and toys making it the perfect place to unwind at the end of a long day of exploring.

Climb up the stairs and you'll find two generous sized bedrooms to accommodate 4 guests. The primary bedroom is fitted with a King-size bed and walk in closet (perfect for a pack and play!). There's even a convenient washer and dryer tucked in there perfect for drying off wet suits after a day at the beach!
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of room to unpack in the closet. You'll also find a twin sized air mattress here that can sleep an additional adult or kid in the bedroom or living room!
The second floor also has the renovated full bathroom with large walk in shower.
Outside the house you'll find a bin stocked with beach chairs and toys. All this just steps away from all the sights and attractions of Rockport!

Awesome beach getaway! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the ocean. It’s an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and everything Rockport has to offer. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything about our stay was perfect ! The house, its location to the beaches, town and the idyllic Millbrook Meadow Park. The check in was seamless, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. We are definitely going back!

Host was excellent! We booked a last minute trip for the family and they were very accommodating. Would stay here again. Clean property with easy access to all shore points and Salem. Easy keyless entry - wonderful experience!

We had a perfect stay! Rachel was absolutely wonderful, she ensured we had a smooth check-in, information about the town and recommendations galore. The house was exactly as pictured, if not better. The location could not have been better for getting to the beach and downtown. We would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! Super easy to walk to the beach, shops, places to eat. House was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, comfortable and we were immediately able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Easy to take day trips to Salem and Boston. Our first trip to New England was amazing!

Comfortable updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and in working order. About a ten to fifteen minute walk will take you to the shops and restaurants.

We love to enjoy Gloucester beaches, or adventure to local coffeeshops and breweries. We love traveling as a guest and getting to experience new places in unique homes.
