Your charming beach cottage awaits! Walk to stunning St Pete Beach, shops, restaurants, and lively beach bars - no car needed. Built in the 1940's, this mid century modern bungalow has been remodeled and comes fully furnished. Monthly rental price includes all utilities, lawn care, cable, internet, pest control and more. Throughout, you'll find a beautiful, open concept layout with plank or tile flooring and lovely coastal decor. The kitchen boasts updated cabinetry and newer appliances such as the Bosch dishwasher and Fisher & Paykel refrigerator. In the living room, you’ll appreciate the new sofa which converts to a sleeper for those guests who can’t quite make it home. The primary bedroom features a King bed and en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Front and back doors are quipped with hurricane rated glass and integrated blinds to let in plenty of natural light while still offering privacy and security when you need it. Outside, you'll find the patio, grill, yard games, and several lounge areas perfect for sipping morning coffee or an evening cocktail. This shared space is privacy fenced and also includes a washer/dryer, outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrella, as well as two bicycles for your use. Perfect place & location

Loved this place. Perfect size for 2 and great fenced in yard. Hostess was very responsive and accommodating. It was walking distance to beach and restaurants. Looking forward to going back soon.

Perfect get-away

My Stay at this property was amazing .Every thing was as described. Only problem was water heater went out but was handled promptly. The property and grounds are beautiful. Pluses for me washer /dryer,pet friendly,nice yard,bikes,close to beach. Kelly let me stay a extra day .Will definetly book again.

Great experience

Darling 1 bedroom apt. in a triplex house! It is in a great area, and just 2 blocks to the beach. It is very well maintained and spotless clean, woth a nicely equipped kitchen. Its beautifully landscaped in the front, and it has a nice shady backyard with patio furniture too! Free parking, and a shared washer and dryer too. I highly recommend this rental.

Birthday celebration

I had an amazing birthday stay at this one-bedroom, one-bath unit across from St. Pete Beach. The location was unbeatable, with the beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. The convenience of having shopping and dining options nearby made our stay even more enjoyable. Celebrating with friends and family was a breeze, as we had ample space to gather and create lasting memories. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the unit was – it's always a relief to walk into a space that feels so fresh and inviting. The yard was an absolute delight, beautifully landscaped and thoughtfully designed. There were plenty of seating areas outside, making it the perfect spot to lounge around and enjoy the surroundings. It added a wonderful touch to our birthday celebration, providing both comfort and aesthetics. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday getaway!

Poorly maintained unprofessional property manager

As an owner of short term rentals and investment properties I can say this property is poorly managed and maintained. This is my first poor review in at least 5 years after staying in over 100 short term rentals. There was a poorly repaired hole in bedroom wall, the towel bar in the bathroom was painted white instead of being replaced(paint was peeling) and lots of other sloppily "repaired" details in the house. There were two larger fails during our stay. The air conditioners stopped working during our stay. The HVAC repair said they were shot and needed to be replaced. The repairman had been out to fill the freon a few months ago but couldn't figure out where the leak was from in the unit. Our bed was so uncomfortable we asked them to take a look. A repair man came out without a mask on. He told us that the other units had the same problem the bed frames were poorly made he rebuilt them with 2x4s. The repairman tried a simple fix that didn't work and had to return to rebuild it with 2x4s. The repairman was unprofessional at best the 2nd time because we asked that he wear a mask. We have a newborn and we'd like to keep her safe. Kelly the property manager was less than professional on her calls with my wife. So much so we called VRBO to document the issue. We tried to let it go and enjoy our trip. We were suprised that after we left Kelly notified us they were charging a large some of money for the following Extra Cleaning Costs, Replace Area Rug, Replace 3 Throw Pillow, Steam Clean Sofa (pets were allowed directly on sofa and bed sheets/comforter. Pet blanket was provided) All of this was untrue. Luckily I took photos and videos of the place before we left. We have never been accused of damaging a property. I assume Kelly is trying to recoup her money spent on the HVAC tech and Maintenance man. Hopefully the property is managed by a professional in the future and the property is properly maintained.

Another great stay!

This is my second time staying here and I always enjoy my visit. The place is super clean, and you cannot beat the location! You can walk just about everywhere!

Work from home turned into work from the beach!

Book this place! I was here solo for the month of May 2021. I had the most amazing time in St Pete Beach and this rental made it so! Being here the whole month gives you a chance to experience the pristine beach consistently on weekdays and weeknights when it’s not super packed. It was literally a 5 min walk to the beach, 5 min to the local gym (Beach Bods which was awesome!) and an easy walk to restaurants/groceries. Weekends I’d rent a car from Enterprise (10 min walk) and use it to sight see in the surrounding areas (though if you want to stay local you don’t need a car! Bus/trolley stop is around the corner and can get you to Downtown St Pete, Clearwater, and other areas to far to walk). I’d 100% stay here again by myself or with a friend. It’s a roomy 1br, not too much not too little. Just right. If you’re looking to feel at home at the beach, don’t look any further!

Great stay!

I had a great long term stay at this place. Perfect location with a quick short walk to the beach and beach bars/restaurants and a quick Uber to downtown. The unit was incredibly clean and the complimentary bottle of wine was a great touch. I’ll definitely be back!!

Great place to ride out a pandemic

This is our second time staying at a property Kelly manages. This year was a little different because of COVID-19, but still enjoyable. The property was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Kelly and Allysa were very attentive to our needs and were easily reachable. Although many things in town were closed we still managed to have a great time. We will be returning next year and we recommend this property for two people who love to bring their furry friends on vacation with them. Carl and Janet

Amazing vacation rental!

I had the pleasure of staying in this triplex and it is a wonderful vacation rental. The house was adorable, cozy, and very clean. I loved that there was a fenced in backyard with plenty of room for my dogs to run around! It is also walking distance to the beach and a ton of restaurants. There was a complimentary bottle of wine there, which was perfect after traveling all day. If you are looking for a comfy place to stay that is walking distance to St. Pete Beach, this is the perfect spot!

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at Kelly's place. Once again, it was awesome. Location - it's less than a five minute walk to St. Pete Beach and all the restaurants/beach bars located there. A five minute walk to Corey Avenue and the Sunday morning market. The cottage itself is perfect. One bedroom with a pull out couch (our son visited for a few days and said it was extremely comfortable). Everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals is available. Washer and dryer on site as well as a bbq. Back yard is an oasis - a couple of days we decided to spend the afternoon there instead of the beach. Kelly was very responsive and available if anything was needed (nothing was!). Bottle of wine was a very nice touch. We are already booking it for a future visit.

Nice getaway close to beach

The unit is small but well maintained and suited our needs perfectly. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean with nice amenities such as dishes, pots and pans, sheets and towels. Enjoyed having beach chairs and sand toys available plus washer and dryer, plus parking available for two cars. Owner was very helpful and responded to all of our needs. Enjoyed our stay!

The place was a perfect place for 2 people.

The property was very nice. It has a really nice back yard with 2 grills and a laundry building. Kelly was very responsive to are needs we will be renting from her again. She was a great person to do business with.

Great place to stay!!

We love it here. Stayed for 4 months. Kelly is the best! Kelly will do anything for you . The place is cozy with quiet central air & love cable television that you can DVR , you won't miss a show if you are out having a good time. The location is great. You can walk to bars restaurants & the beach. Cory Ave has a farmers market on Sunday's & you can walk . Cory also had shops and restaurants. We can't wait to come back!!

very clean

we stayed in bungalow 1 and 3 and for 6 nights and they were wonderful everything we needed- plenty of beach supplies kitchens had plenty of cooking stuff- we had a 3 year old so the fenced back yard was great! we loved every minute of it- and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The beaches are gorgeous at pass-a-grille , we are so glad we chose to have our daughters wedding here. Nobody wanted to leave!

Perfect little quiet get away

Had a great time. Property as described, listing agent very quick to respond and very nice. Small place, but perfect because it's so close to everything right in St Pete Beach we were always out and about. Walked to beach a few days, walked to the local pubs and restaurants, and enjoyed the area. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Location and Cozy Bungaloo

My wife and I spent three months here and really enjoyed our stay. The owner was especially helpful, and available to answer any questions you may have about the area or about your rental apartment. It was also nice having your own parking space right in front of your unit. We are a retired couple and had no problem carrying our beach chairs and umbrella etc. over to the beach as it was only about two hundred yards away and very easy to get to. Lots and lots of eateries that are within walking distance as well, which was nice. If the beach life isn't your thing, entertainment and lots of cultural events are always only a short drive into St. Petersburg. If your looking for a State Park, Ft. DeSoto is a must and they even have a beach you can take your dog for a walk on. It's only about a 20-25 minute drive and well worth the beautiful drive. I hope everyone enjoys their stay as much as we did, : )

Family Vacation

I visited with my 2 daughters and grandchildren last spring and we had such a nice time! It was wonderful to have your own space and privacy when you want it while still being close to family. The back doors for bungalow #1 and #3 are right beside each other and the fenced back yard allowed the grandchildren to play outside without concern. Much better than a hotel and only a few minute walk to beach and restaurants. I plan to return!
