Important: RV Spot Fee is Separate
Your VRBO rental covers the RV and amenities. The nightly RV spot fee is charged separately and paid either to us or directly to The Reef RV Park. This fee secures your spot and covers electric, water, and sewer hookup.

Beachfront Deluxe (Blue) – $50/night – 4-night minimum required

Beachfront Regular (Green) – $40/night – 4-night minimum required

Ocean View (Yellow) – $35/night

Regular (Gray) – $26/night

Note: For Beachfront spots, The Reef requires a 4-night minimum. If you plan to stay fewer nights, you will still need to reserve and pay for four nights to secure that location.

Leave AC on at 75°F for cleaners

You're welcome to leave unopened food and drinks for our cleaning crew
