The condo is as listed. The view is amazing. We were able to fish right on the beach.

I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Marathon. It's next to the beach, excellent views, close to restaurants and attractions for children.

Amazing view and wonderful condo!

We stayed here for a week in January and we had everything we needed and more. The condo was perfect for our family and was so nice and clean. The owners take pride in their vacation rental and it shows. Thank you Todd and Jamie for providing us with a wonderful place to stay on our vacation.

Ocean Front Oasis

We had a great time. Very clean and updated. All the amenities you need. Quite private beach front and a wonderful pool. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful & Warm Vacation

We just returned from a week of exceptional warmth and an absolute wonderful stay at this amazing condo! The owner(s) provided excellent info on places to see, eat and local fare & were so easy to work with! The condo has beautiful sunrises, terrific views and sound of the ocean waves. We would recommend this place for anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing get away. We enjoyed ourselves and miss it already!

Oceanfront

Lovely oceanfront condo. Great location in the fl keys.. about 45 mins from key west. Everything you need is in this condo. Everything has been maticulously thought out. Owner is spectacular.

Overall Experience

This place deserves a five star. All the rooms were clean and owners provided us with everything we needed. There were snorkeling items, sunscreen and etc. We visited the key west which was also amazing and not to far away. The local restaurants are great too. The beach was pretty good and there were many seashells. Our kids enjoyed the warmed pool and the ocean view. We used the bikes and kayaks which we very much enjoyed. 5/5 recommend staying here

Rental was as advertised, very clean unit with excellent amenities. I have no complaints as condo is in a great location, host was very helpful in that he provided great suggestions for the marathon environment, and he was very thorough in preparation instructions, both wife and myself were very impressed with this unit and felt it was very good value for the money paid.

Perfect Keys Vacation

The condo was even better than pictured! In addition to absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean, there is also unobstructed views of a long stretch of Coco Plum beach. The condo was spotless, well stocked and more spacious than it looks online. Our family of four felt very comfortable and glad to stay here as we explored Key West, various state parks along the Keys, and the Everglades. Todd was very responsive and helpful starting from the reservation and throughout our stay. We made use of the bikes and kayaks. I highly recommend staying here and would enjoy coming back again.

Graduation vacation

We came to Marathon to celebrate our sons high school graduation. The condo is very nice- well stocked and clean. I think the biggest downfall for us was the ocean had piles of seaweed and there was a smell that wasn’t good at all! So, no good walks along the beach. We swam a lot in the pool and enjoyed many activities on the island.

Beautiful Water views!

This is a beautiful condo. Right on the Atlantic on Coco Plum beach. The view is amazing, overlooking pool, beach and ocean. Could fish, kayak and snorkel, equipment provided. Be sure to look though the extras closet. Our family of 4 were extremely comfortable. The king size bed was dreamy although my teens said their twin beds were not as comfy. The kitchen is well stocked, we cooked dinner twice but restaurants are a short drive and we enjoyed eating out.

Beautiful views and spacious apartment

Overall great location. Views are fantastic. Pool area nice with friendly year round residents. Beach access second to none as it is right out your door. Apartment was large and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything worked and no issues during our stay. My only criticism is that on the surface the apartment was clean for our arrival, however once you opened a kitchen drawer or looked behind the dressers or beds it was less than desired. A thorough and deep cleaning is required to bring this apartment back to its glory otherwise I would have given my review Five stars. One last suggestion, you might want to check the local news and forecast on the Sargassum seaweed season...

Centralized Location. Clean condo. Positive experience.

Overall, positive experience with no qualms. Property was updated, clean, and was stocked with all the essentials and extras needed for a good trip; pool was also clean and a big hit. Location is great for family with kids (ours are 8 and 10). Super close to all the things a family would want to do around Marathon and neighboring Keys. Some of the things we enjoyed that were close to the condo included the Turtle Rescue, Dolphin Research Center, Sombrero Beach, and if fishing is your thing, we went with Captain Buddy LaPointe who was excellent with me and even better with the kids. Dining near the condo was also close and great, Todd provided great recommendations; only place we did not enjoy and would highly not recommend is SunSet Grille. Again, a high quality stay and if we find ourselves back in Marathon, we would look to stay here again.

Great find

We had a great stay. The property was available a couple of hours earlier than we planned, which is always a great surprise. Loved the location of the condo and it is a very quiet place to stay if that’s what you want. Kid friendly. Neighbors are so very kind. The 1D balcony faces south with a view of the pool, beach, and a calm sea that goes forever. You can see sunrise to the left and sunset to the right. The condo was impeccably clean when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous as are the floors. The owners have thought of everything as far as updates and what is supplied to the unit. This includes everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, closets, and even ‘little charging stations’ next to the beds. We had a tandem kayak with life vests for all sizes of adults and children which we enjoyed using. Todd Stangl, the owner, is very nice, and great to communicate with. We will definitely consider staying here again if we get the opportunity.

Perfect view!

This was the perfect condo! It had a wonderful view, awesome pool and perfect beach for the Keyes! We enjoyed shelling and just relaxing. So close to fun things to do and places to eat! The condo had everthing you need and was very comfortable and the beds were great!

Family trip to Marathon

My husband, 13 year old son and myself had a wonderful week at your condo. Everything we could possibly need for a beach trip was provided, they loved the kayak and I appreciated beach chairs and umbrella being there. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in the condo but the local restaurar ants were so good we ate almost every meal out. The pool was perfect and we even played tennis! Thank you for helping us enjoy a week away in your beautiful condo.

Well, I am married to a great wife and have 4 adult children. We have been doing Vacation Rentals since 2012. We have 3 properties in Marathon, FL, two condos and a 4 bedroom house on the ocean. We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.

I first went to Marathon, Florida when I was 10 years old back in the 70's. My Brother had moved there and worked at Fisherman's Hospital. I fell in love with the ocean and snorkeling. Well he moved away from the Keys in the late 70's and I had never been back. I rented a place in Marathon around 2009 and took my family down there for Spring Break. They had the time of their lives! So the opportunity to buy this unit came up and I fell in love with the view and the location. I actually put an offer on the Unit without actually seeing it, other than in Pictures. The Condo is right next to a Natural long beach in Marathon. This was too good to be true. So I took the risk and bought the unit... The rest is history.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

This unit has the Million Dollar View... The pool, Palm Trees, Beach and the Ocean! It is quite Amazing. Right next to the unit is a hidden pond/lake. There is a lot of Wildlife that lives, tucked away, back there. Also, there is the Coco Plum Beach. This is a Natural (protected) beach and is about a mile long. We are the last place next to this protected beach. Large Sea Turtles will lay their eggs up in the sand so Marathon protects this habitat. Also, you can wade in the water and fish right in front of the unit and actually catch fish. Just use some shrimp and you will be sure to get a bite. I caught a baracuda and a puffer fish last time I was there.

We are located right next to a bike path. I have 2 bicycles and a 10ft. tandem Kayak to use as well.

You can Visit Pigeon Key Island, Dolphin Research Center, Keys Island Fishery, Stuffed Pig Restaurant, Key Colony Beach Inn, Sombrero Country Club, Crane Point Museum, 7 Mile Bridge, Sombrereo Reef, Dining at Berdines, Keys Fishery, Stuffed Pig, Cuban and Chinese Restaurants, Playground at Sombrero Beach, Bahia Honda State Park, Key Lime Pie Factory, and more that are all close by.
