Enjoy this centrally-located and newly renovated 2-bedroom railroad style apartment, just minutes away from NYC! You will be within walking distance to the stunning Hoboken Waterfront and plenty of Bars, restaurants, parks and a municipal parking garage. The apartment has everything you need--a fully equipped kitchen, 2 smart TVs, Wi-Fi, fresh towels/linens and everyday necessities. This 2BR apartment is located in a charming, Historic building. While we maintain it clean and comfortable, the building’s age is part of its character—perfect for those who love a little vintage charm. At one point, this building served as efficiency rentals by the room. Since then, each floor has been renovated into complete apartments. Please note the quirks that come with an older space.

• You must walk through a bedroom to access the bathroom

Located in one of the most central places allowing you to access New York City in 15 minutes with ease. Walk to the light rail station in 7 min or catch a rideshare to Hoboken Path in 5 min. Get to NYC in 15 minutes via the Hoboken Path Train or Arrive in 30 min via the 126 bus. 1 train stop to arrive in West Village in 9 minutes. 3 train stops to arrive by 14 St near Union Square in 15 minutes. 18 minute from EWR Airport. American Dream Mall 15 min away.

Such a cute spot in Hoboken, we loved the Pizza Place down the street and how walkable the area was. The VRBO was clean and neat and perfect.

Central Hoboken location

Great spot with lots of fun stuff within walking distance: a supermarket, pizza at the corner, and a great Irish Pub! Also super quick deliveries from Grubhub! Apartment was very clean and nicely furnished.

Happy in Hoboken

The property was perfect for my needs. Everything was very clean, comfortable and warm. The shower was great and water hot. I loved that there was a Keurig to have coffee in the morning. The neighorhood was safe and walkable. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in Hoboken!

Good option for NYC

Quirky older building in ok condition. Basic and small but larger than many rentals in NYC. Clean and comfortable, and host responses were prompt. About a 30min trip by bus to midtown Manhattan - both bus and PATH options were easy to use. We enjoyed our stay!

Hoboken family visit

This property was perfect for our visit with some family/friends in Hoboken. It was very clean and comfortable! The location is easy walking distance to many types of stores and restaurants to suit all tastes. Joe was helpful with getting us all set up with parking and details of what to do upon arrival. We will definitely try to stay at this location again with future visits.

Wonderful location

We absolutely loved Hoboken, it is a great place. Joe is a terrific host who communicates quickly. The apartment is nice. We did not have a problem using the bathroom which is only accessible through one of the bedrooms. My sons shared the room with the single bad and movable single mattress on wheels. There is one wardrobe space with many hangers and one very large chest of drawers which worked fine for us. Washington Street (full of great restaurants) and the PATH train into Manhattan is only a 15 min walk. The Hoboken community is so friendly, we really miss it.

Different perspectives

Location was good, close to many restaurants and the promenade where the view of NYC was spectacular! On arriving, my son and I had very different reactions to the place itself. He felt the place was accommodating with everything we needed. I agreed except I look for a bit more - an uplifted place where I don't mind hanging in for part of our stay, cooking breakfast and such. I was disappointed in the holes in the walls, lack of deep cleaning, grubby not so hidden places all throughout the apartment, poor quality of the beds, and lack of any aesthetic quality in the decor. I would not return. My son probable would.

Nice little spot

Check in instructions were sent promptly. The host was very responsive. The kitchen had everything and the living space was great. There's a washer/dryer combo- not a fan, but it did the job and we didn't have to fly home with dirty laundry. The stairs are really creaky, which is was challenging when coming in in the evening and trying to walk quietly. It's to be expected with older buildings though. We came to visit NYC with a vehicle. Street parking was not happening, as there were no available spots at any time we were there. The Midtown Garage was a few blocks away and was easy to get in/out of. There's a few restaurants within walking distance. If you want more of a variety, there are more options on Washington, which is a little further of a walk. Overall, we had a great stay!

Wohnungszustand sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Für 4 Erwachsene zu klein, vielleicht zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Das Badezimmer sehr staubig, viele Sachen sind defekt (Abdeckungen hinter der Spüle, Fußleisten) .

Vacanza a New York da Hoboken

Hoboken è una cittadina molto piacevole e tranquilla con ottimi servizi di collegamento con new York. Con bambini piccoli è certamente una valida soluzione per decomprimersi dopo la visita giornaliera. Inoltre dal lungo Hudson consente di avere una vista di Manhattan non altrimenti godibile.
