This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles on the driveway. Street parking and sidewalk parking is not allowed. Garage is not available.

There is a large covered patio in the backyard and a charcoal grill to use. Our group consisted of two couples and a third (teenager) and the house was perfect. The master bedroom (with en suite) was in the same hallway as one bedroom and separate bathroom. The third bedroom (with en suite) was on the other side of the house. Everything was clean and the inside of the house has been nicely remodeled. It felt like it was remodeled for someone who lived in the house and not just a flip to rent out/sell. AC worked very well and there are ceiling fans in each room as well. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Large oak trees and large yards everywhere you looked. The $500 will NOT be charged at the beginning of your reservation and will only be charged after your stay if any guest-related damages are found. The only payment required before your reservation begins is a $10 non-refundable processing fee.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking on the driveway (4 cars). NO street parking. GARAGE is not available. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that though the listing shows 6 beds, there is only 3 beds. The other "beds" are a futon-style twin-size sofa bed and two high-quality twin-size air mattresses.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This property includes a pool outside. Please understand that since the pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the pool. Rest assured that we do pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the pool after we have cleaned it. Our swimming pool maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the pool and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the pool remains in great condition for you and future guests.

• To ensure proper pool maintenance, please do not turn off the outdoor hose bib/tap, as it controls the automatic pool water filler. If the valve is closed, guests may be responsible for any resulting damage to the pool equipment and additional cleaning costs.
