Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Ten guests sleep comfortably across 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a smart TV. A second suite offers a queen bed with its own en-suite bathroom. Two themed bedrooms bring the magic - a Harry Potter-inspired room and a Toy Story-themed room, each with two twin beds, smart TVs, and ceiling fans. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the arrangements for the full group.
 
Outdoor living
Step outside and the screened backyard opens up around a private inground pool and spa, both available year-round and open 24 hours. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture give everyone a spot to claim, and the outdoor dining area is set up for long, unhurried meals with the whole group. The private gas BBQ grill, complete with barbecue utensils, is ready whenever you'd rather cook outside. The private backyard gives younger guests room to roam, while the outdoor playground keeps little ones occupied while the adults take a breath.
 
Entertainment & family features
The game room is stacked for every age - pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, life size games, a game console, and a 65-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. When the youngest guests need their own space, the dedicated children's playroom - stocked with books and toys for ages 0-2 through to 10+ - is right there for them. Family essentials are already in place: a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and board games are all on hand. Babysitter recommendations are available for evenings when the adults want time to themselves.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is set up for real home cooking. A stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, hot water kettle, Keurig and drip coffee maker, wine glasses, toaster, baking sheet, and all the cooking basics are ready to go. Breakfast is provided each morning, so the first meal of the day is already handled. The dining table seats the full group, and the gas BBQ outside extends your options whenever the mood takes you.
 
Comfort & convenience
Central air conditioning and central heating keep the home comfortable through every season. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and ample clothing storage - including a walk-in closet - make settling in easy. Fast wifi at 204 Mbps and a dedicated workspace in a private room with a door mean remote work stays out of the way of the rest of the group. Free driveway parking for 4 vehicles and free street parking are both on hand. The home is single-level with no stairs, pet-friendly, and open to long-term stays. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival seamless, and housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Lake access, free resort access, a private entrance, and an in-unit washer and free dryer round out the conveniences.
