THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Welcome to Paso Paradiso! This elegant, resort-like property, perched hilltop with incredible winery views, has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths situated on a 11-acre equestrian ranch with total privacy and endless entertainment possibilities. This 4500 sf Italian villa with all new modern touches and includes a brand-new 20 x 40’ infinity pool, is located in the area’s most coveted westside district, Adelaide/Willow Creek, near some of Paso’s most prestigious wineries. You have truly found paradise in Paso.

This custom Italian-style Villa, decorated with eclectic and priceless treasures from around the world, is roomy and comfortable enough for everyone and fun for all ages. Live it up in this luxurious private, wine country, equestrian estate. It's the perfect getaway for 4 wine-loving couples, a ladies’ wine weekend, a 60th birthday party or a fun, and very memorable family reunion with activities and space for everyone.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
This 2-story home has a glorious master bedroom with a spa-like en suite on the 2nd floor. Adorned with a King size bed, the master has two of its own private decks and windows with 270 degrees views that look out toward endless, bucolic vineyard landscapes. The master bedroom also has a working fireplace and ceiling fan. The en suite is outfitted with spa-like amenities: dual vanities with granite counters and tile floors, a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, a private water closet, an oversized, walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet.

Downstairs, 3 additional bedrooms await. Bedroom two has a King size bed, ceiling fan and a desk for those that may have to work. The bed can split apart into two twin beds. Bedroom three also has a King size bed that can split into two twin beds, along with a ceiling fan and work desk. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a beautifully renovated bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower.

Bedroom four, with another spa-like en suite, is located at the end of hall in the bedroom wing of the house and features a King bed and direct access to the outside. The large en suite has a dual vanity with granite counters, a 6’ slipper, soaking tub, huge walk-in shower and a private water closet.

All bathrooms have hair dryers, and bedrooms have hotel-quality luxe linens and luggage racks.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
The living room, off the entry and adjacent to the kitchen, has direct access to the back patio and pool area via large, glass French doors. It has a large leather sectional, working fireplace and 65” TV to watch your favorite shows and movies. The TVs are equipped with YouTubeTV. (Don’t forget to bring your Netflix or Prime account numbers should you want to view any movies on those apps.)

In the center of the home is the chef’s gourmet kitchen which features a huge granite island with bar seating at the island for 3, along with a work sink for the chef. The appliances feature a 4-burner stainless steel gas stove top with grill, dual ovens, a walk-in pantry, an oversized stainless steel, Monogram refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser, microwave oven, wine refrigerator and 2 Meile dishwashers. There is plenty of workspace on the counters and island, along with a 45” TV to keep the chef entertained. The house has filtered water and just about all small hand appliances, serving and dishware you would need to whip up a gourmet meal for the entire group.

Also in the kitchen is a small breakfast table for 4, a workstation complete with desk and printer, and a bar area for mixing cocktails. A French door leads to the back patio area to the outdoor kitchen.

Next to the kitchen and adjacent to the family room is the dining room with seating for 8. It has a working fireplace and overlooks the private side yard with bay window views of the beautiful foliage and greenery.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
All glass French doors off the living room leads to the back patio and pool area. This is where it all happens outside. The patio has an outdoor kitchen area with large BBQ, warming draw, small fridge and plenty of storage. Six bar stools surround the outdoor cooking area.

The 20’ x 40’ infinity pool is the main attraction. Swim, float or do laps ‘til your heart’s content. The pool also has a kiddie area with just 1 foot of water…perfect for mom and the babes to wade in. Side seats along the length of the pool and a built-in hot tub make this a fully loaded pool. Go from the day swimming to the night in the hot tub enjoying the star-filled skies.

The pool is just the beginning for outdoor activities….there is an 8 person hot tub, a large firepit in the level below the pool, along with a lighted bocce’ ball court for night time competitions. There is so much to do you may not want to leave!

GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. The kitchen is stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. The laundry room is also available for guest usage.

THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in the coveted Paso Robles Westside off of 46W, nearby some of the areas’ most highly-esteemed wineries, including Denner Vineyards, Brecon Estate and Villa Creek Cellars, among many others. This home is just 15 minutes from the downtown Templeton and 20 minutes to downtown Paso where there are dozens of wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, plenty of shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Wednesday night in Templeton and every Thursday night in Paso. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. You’re also just 20 minutes to the beautiful beaches in Cayucos, Cambria and Morro Bay. You can’t pick a better locale.

PROVISIONS
Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. And while at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market. A few miles north from there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Smart & Final is located on Spring Street at 20th. Also in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.

RESTAURANTS
Paso & Templeton are packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them!
Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options, with 3 Michelin Stars rated restaurants. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.

ACTIVITIES
Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...and don’t forget one of the areas newest and highly-rated attractions, Sensorio. Designed by artist Bruce Munro, the “Field of Light” exhibition is a 15-acre walk-through experience through over 58,000 stemmed spheres located just a few minutes from this home.

PLEASE NOTE! You will be required to sign a Digs Vacation Rentals rental agreement for booking this property. By booking you are agreeing to pay a Property Damage Protection non-refundable insurance fee of $33 (or $25)/night to cover any property damages up to $10,000 with $1,000,000 (or $100,000) in personal liability coverage. Further explanation of this insurance can be found in your Digs Vacation Rentals rental agreement.

Pool Heating Information for Guests

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee. Rates are seasonal:

$300 per day from October 1 to May 1
$150 per day from May 1 to October 1
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to arrange pool heating.

Please note that any unauthorized use of the pool heating system will result in a charge of $500 per day.

Italian Villa

Awesome property with great views from the pool and surrounding decks. Great BBQ outside and kitchen inside. Spacious, comfortable and good quality furnishings.

Paso Villa

The property itself is a nice one, plenty to do and well appointed. The road to the property being gravel and dirt should be noted someplace so folks with low riding or no all wheel drive can plan accordingly. I have rented enough high end properties to expect a seamless check in process. On day of trip I had to call property management company to ask for check in process to be emailed, codes etc. That's information I should have had 48 hours ahead of checkin. Once we get to property I see an iPad and instructions that the lights, music, pool and spa were controlled by iPad. Except iPad wasn't connecting to property which left us unable to use the pool or spa for the first nite. I called property management and was told they would call owner who recently put iPad system in to help. I was told to expect a call to talk through next steps received none. PM company did contact owner and we resolved iPad issues so we could use pool etc. My issue is this should have been done prior to our arrival. Someone should have checked the systems and removed all covers from seats around fire pit. We weren't sure with the chairs covered did that mean we shouldn't or couldn't use the area so we didn't. Very expensive property, very little customer care. Would not stay at this property again.

Welcome to Wine Country where dirt roads are pretty much the norm around here. And in the access instructions we clearly state it's a dirt road Yes, you were sent your access instructions 10 days before your check-in date. Perhaps you didn't see them. Maybe went into your junk mail? I sure the ladies in the office were happy to send them to you again. There are thorough instructions in the Welcome Book and videos on how to operate everything in the whole house. In fact, we have a YouTube channel just for that house with short videos on how everything operates. Perhaps you didn't see that link to view the videos? And we often keep our outdoor furniture covered because of wild animals soiling them. We leave them on so you don't have to clean up the poop to use the furniture. Just FYI, that house has been rated in the top 10% worldwide out of 8 Million on AirBnB and is one of our top booked homes. Sorry that it wasn't up to your standards when you arrived. I hope you give it a try again.
