The property was a great location. The host was quick to respond and check in with us. The house itself was just kind of run down and a bit dingy. The pictures were definitely more favorable.

The house was perfect for our Three family’s. Having 6 full bathrooms was nice. The walk to the beach wasn’t far at all. We will definitely be booking again.

Great location, and definitely big enough for my family. But the location was very run down. Cracked door frames, trim coming off, the smoke detector and curtain rods fell off the walls, the sliding glass doors did NOT slide at all. There was an old shirt still in one of the closets which brings into question the cleaning crew’s effectiveness. Overall the property management company was great, but I felt like a burden to tell them about every single rundown thing.

Bikini bottom

Both sides have an odor, curtains make the place look ran down some curtains are faded badly some are not even there. Trim around doors and halls are damaged from animals. Front doors need to be able to be secured so kids can't just walk out as easily. Doors don't lock dead bolt or chain lock to secure door from opening from inside. Price was rather high for the quality of the home. Down stairs around trash cans and extra beach stuff was trashy dirty and not organized at all. Doors to balcony were almost impossible to open for some reason. Pool was dirty and green upon arrival then the pump leaked and ran water out of the pool by the time we left. House is just old and not up kept. Needs a good refreshing to be worth so much money definitely would not even think about staying there again for that kind of price. Siding that was missing around the outside I imagine was from the storm before arrival but nails and such could have been cleaned up before check in at least. There were nails scattered under the home in concrete where cars would have been able to park if siding wasn't stacked there. Just not the best experience in any way from the house itself. Location to beach isn't bad and gulf shores itself is a great place. Just not this house.

Great place for sleeping people, not a lot of extra space inside but was good for what we needed.

Bikini Bottom (Both Sides)

We recently stayed at this property and I was very disappointed. When we arrived ALL of the garbage cans downstairs located under the unit were full and overflowing onto the ground. We could not use the pool the first day as it was very cloudy. It was VERY hot in both units when we arrived. The primary renter had to contact the management company to send out the the pool person and the AC person. I don't believe that the temperature in the units ever got below 75 degrees. We couldn't use the oven the first night as it was already way too hot in the unit. There is a hole in the ceiling in the downstairs shower. The toilet seat in one of the upstairs bathrooms was cracked. On our last day there the pool guy showed up to treat the pool again which meant we lost time in the pool on the last day as well. The units overall are old and dated. We will not be renting these units again.

We had a great stay the home was very quick to handle both the situations that arose with the home. One issue was that we were unable to use the code to get into one side of the duplex and when they couldn’t solve it quickly over the phone they sent someone out in minutes to fix it. The stove in the east side was broken and they had it fixed in a day. We had a great experience.

Fun Christmas

We had a good time at this house. It had plenty of room. The only negatives were in the property itself. The floors on both sides were in need of repair. The stovetop control panel on one side was broken—the stove worked, but the panel was cracked. The house temperature when we got there was 53 degrees! It took it a while to warm up. The only other real negative we had was that the two sides didn’t have a connecting door. We had to go out on the porch and go through their door using the key code. We also didn’t have a big table for dining, but we realize that’s not usually a necessity for a beach stay. We had a wonderful Christmas with the family (12 of us) and made a lot of memories!
