We were first time guests but all decided we'd be back. The unit was spotless and so comfortable. I requested special decorations for the occasion which Dana and Linda accommodated perfectly.

Fun at Orange Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jubilee Landing. The condo was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and a great place to stay near the beach.

It was a cute two bedroom condo with great views and location. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful. The deck was a relaxing place to watch the sunset.

Amazing trip and stay!

This property was perfect! My family enjoyed the easiness of the location - away from the busy areas. Beach access right across the street and complete privacy. There was no crowd there when we took our kids. We could sit and enjoy while the kids played in our view. 100% would stay here again!

Jubilee Landing parking is very limited, this is why we try to limit guest to 1 vehicle per condo, this will almost ensure a parking space.

We booked this condo because the listing advertised beach access across the street & walking distance to the Flora-Bama. While technically walkable, it's about a 20-minute walk to the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, & the beach access is actually about a mile in the opposite direction at Shell Beach. This wasn't clearly communicated, & we spent valuable beach time trying to figure it out. After calling & texting management, it took over 90 minutes to receive directions. The beach access also requires paying 15 to park at Shell Beach if you don't want to carry your beach gear a mile. Unfortunately, we had to leave briefly for a work issue, & when we returned, the lot was full. Even though we'd already paid for the day, there was no guarantee of getting another parking space. Parking at the condo was also frustrating. Guest parking was very limited, & although the listing stated the second parking pass was 30, we were initially quoted 57.20 until we questioned it with a screenshot of the listing. Inside the condo, the dishes smelled like old seafood, the ice maker didn't work, the toilets gurgled when flushed, the twin beds were very uncomfortable, & the bathrooms were extremely small. On the positive side, the balcony view was beautiful, the pool area was nice, & there was plenty of seating in the main living area. Overall, while we enjoyed parts of our stay, the misleading listing details and several maintenance issues mean we would likely choose a different place next time.

This is listed in the description: • Beach access is located just across the street at Shell Beach public access (with parking). Perfect Location Just minutes to: .7 Miles 14 min Walk → to Flora-Bama (Restaurants and Entertainment) 8.5 Miles 15 min Drive → The Wharf Amphitheater (Restaurants and Entertainment) 3.5Miles -Cotton Bayou Boat Ramp Parking • Paid parking passes required onsite • Due to the low-density waterfront layout, parking can become limited during peak summer weekends and holidays. We recommend limiting vehicles when possible for the best experience. We certainly would have came to the condo to address your issues however none of this was ever mentioned. We try to quickly return phones and messages to answer any questions or additional assistance. Perhaps try one of our beachfront condos in the future, that seems like a better fit than a beachside condo.

You always under rate this condo for your snowbird stay. This condo was DEEP CLEANED prior to your arrival. So maybe this is not a good fit for you, we haven't had ANY issues with past guest.

Family of 6 with seadoo

We have a family of 6 that went with on vacation and we bought our seadoo the only thing that sucked was you can put the seadoo in the water at the condo you have to find a place to off load and that sucked and it’s not close to nothing within walking distance . You also have some of the people that work there walking around the property knocking on car windows saying that you don’t have a parking pass when it’s clearly on the dash but they didn’t look I guess threatening to have peoples car towed

The facilities were very clean; condo, pool, patio area, dock, everything outdoors is kept up very well. Bedding was comfortable. Love that this spot has a pool and bay view from balcony. It’s peaceful.Only a few things to consider....This property doesn’t have across the street beach access so you have to get in your vehicle and park at public beach. When we first arrived at condo it had a strong mildew smell. We sprayed air freshener and kept AC low so it wasn’t noticeable after that. Owners may need to look into finding the source to address that issue. It didn’t ruin our stay though.

Moldy and Musty

The location was great. The property had a face-lift, however, when you open the door a horrible musty smell hit you in the face. Taking a deeper look, the air vents were covered in mold and black spores. We had to close the vents and turn off the air. The filter for the HVAC unit wasnt even the proper size and only covered half of the intake. My son has an autoimmune disease and after reaching out to the staff and providing pictures, nothing was done to address the issue or compensate us. Very disappointing and frustrating and not a pleasant experience for my family of 5.
