Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Somewhat disappointed with the unit. Upon arrival we noticed that some of the kitchen utensils and coffee cups weren’t clean. Could have been the dishwasher but cleaning with detergent got them clean. The next item was that we noticed food crumbs on the top sheet of one of the guest bedroom beds. Appears that they weren’t changed. Food crumbs were also noticed in front of the couch on the floor in the living room and under one of the chairs as well as an empty carton of juice. Finally the noise from the street was extremely loud even when the patio doors were shut. Perhaps better sound insulation patio door would have helped. Our last vist to Siesta Key we stayed next door at the condo development just immediately north of Crescent Royal, and had no noise issues. Regardless of my comments our overall trip to Siesta Key was extremely enjoyable. I would also like to thank the on site management team for being so helpful in addressing my questions. A pleasure to meet.
