My stay was amazing, the property was gorgeous. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed including interesting books and fun games. It was awesome to see the horses and other animals roaming the property, including deer! It is very close to Wenas lake which was beautiful, but not one I felt comfortable floating in. Regardless, the property is also relatively close to the Yakima River so we just packed up the car and brought the floats there. It’s a quiet and property with decent privacy, where I felt comfortable sitting on the porch and playing card games with my fiancé. While I had no service, the wifi worked perfectly and allowed me to work without issue. The central air was fantastic on an 80 day, and cooled down the house very quickly. The chair in the bedroom folds down into a small bed, and the couch folds out into a futon bed for a total of 4 beds in the house, one of them being a very comfortable queen size. The host left farm fresh eggs in the fridge and while I didn’t have any, they looked fantastic. I accidentally locked myself out of the house (I think by trying the password too many times) and when I messaged her for help getting in, she responded immediately and was kind and helpful. The view of the hills behind the barn is phenomenal, and I took quite a few pictures. I saw a cat near the barn, but they unfortunately couldn’t be convinced to come say hi, the horses did though! 10/10 stay, I absolutely loved it here.
