The townhouse will be entirely yours during your stay. Find a convenient smartlock to access the unit and check in at the agreed upon time.
BED & BATH
Upstairs, find an enormous master suite with a dormer and vaulted ceilings and its own TV. The main floor bathroom is a four-piece suite' Downstairs, there are two single beds as well as another bathroom with a shower stall. Perfect for multiple couples––there is plenty of space for everyone!
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
On the main floor, discover an open concept kitchen/living/dining area. There is also a gas fireplace. In the kitchen, find a coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave so that guests will feel right at home. Fully-stocked with all the cooking basics, there is plenty of opportunity to cook a homemade meal for the whole family.
AMENITIES
Grab a glass of wine and make your way down to the spacious outdoor patio. Watch as the sun sets over the mountains, it’s quite a spectacular show! There is free parking available for guests on-site. Additionally, there is also a full in suite laundry.
Please note, during the winter months, the BBQ and Patio may not be available due to snow fall and freezing temperatures.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

Although famous for fishing, the river also makes for a lovely morning or evening stroll. The Riverside development is also perfectly located at the entrance to Mount Fernie Provincial Park, which is a must see in Fernie. Furthermore, Fernie Alpine Resort and Fernie Downtown are only a five minute drive away.
