Sag Harbor Hilltop newly renovated retreat with pool, roof deck and privacy
Designed with summer fun in mind, 71 IVDW is ready for indoor/outdoor entertaining. This custom renovated home is unique with its slanted tower, beautiful staircases and rooftop deck over looking Long Beach and Gardiner's Bay in the distance.
Located on one of the highest points in the area,
this newly renovated, contemporary home combines relaxed living with Hamptons luxury. Surrounded by trees, gardens and flowering container pots, this green getaway is the perfect spot to unwind. There are trails located at the end of the cul-de-sac and Long Beach is a short walk down the hill. Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton are easily accessed from this location without traffic congestion.
With four, large, en-suite bedrooms, there is ample room for friends and family to enjoy the summer season.
The pantry, off of the kitchen, has a sink, microwave and houses the laundry room.
The finished basement has natural light, its own entrance and includes a bedroom, full bath and a multi-purpose room with 56" TV, wet bar and mini fridge.
The open plan living room includes a movie projection wall with surround sound. There are 9 ft high ceilings throughout the house except for the basement. The kitchen has a large Subzero fridge and 6 burner Wolf stove and dishwasher. There is also an outdoor kitchen with Webber gas grill and farmhouse sink. There is a fires pit as well as 4 new lounge chairs by the pool and an outdoor sectional on the deck near a large, outdoor, teak dining table and umbrella.
Steps away, is an outdoor shower, hidden under the hemlock tree.
The pool house, with its 75" TV, has surround sound, full bath, beverage cooler, wet bar and balcony, is a separate structure from the main house.

We designed and renovated this house ourselves with the amenities that we love...rooftop lookout, gardens, lots of light. It is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. We have renovated several high end properties in the area but this one is our home and it is special and full of good energy.
