-The Reserve: 70'x35' saltwater pool with waterslide, large hot tub, covered pavilion with gas fireplace, outdoor ping-pong table, pickleball court, shuffleboard, basketball hoop, showers, and ADA lift. Open mid-May through mid-October (weather permitting). The pool is open daily at 10AM. Closing time varies by season. Hours may change due to weather.
-Fitness facility: 24-hour gym with Life Fitness equipment, two treadmills, stationary bike, cable machine, free weights, and a massage room.

The open concept main level features a great room with ample seating surrounding the cozy glow of the electric fireplace. It is a place where you will feel right at home as you unwind while streaming your favorite show.

With seating for 6 at the dining table and 5 at the kitchen island, it is easy to gather for good food and lively conversation. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and extras that make meal prep a breeze. You also have easy access to the deck and gas grill for summertime cookouts.

Everyone will appreciate the privacy and comfort of the three en suites. One is on the main level and the others are upstairs. Two of them feature a king-sized bed, and a 42” TV (streaming). The third has a king-sized bed, 42" TV, and a daybed with a trundle.
