Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools! Lot of restaurants nearby. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Close to airport, taxi, uber and rental cars!

This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home, please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



THE OUTSIDE HOT TUB IS OPEN AND HEATED, AND THE OUTDOOR POOLS, WHICH ARE THE MAIN POOL, ARE HEATED AS WELL.

The property itself is kinda outdated, don't know where the (newly renovated) section was. There is alot of rust on the bottom of the balconies. Yes, the room was clean but needs some tlc, it's also by the beach but not oceanfront but ocean view

Everything was nice except the bed. You lay down and rolled to the middle. we could not both sleep in the bed. I am short so I ended up on the couch. No sheets for the pull out. Being we are both in our 60's, we need our rest.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the bed and lack of bedding affected your stay. We inspected the mattress and reinforced the center support, added a comfort topper, and have ordered a replacement mattress to ensure better sleep. We also restocked a complete sheet set, pillows and blankets for the pull-out and instructed housekeeping to confirm pull-out bedding is available for every arrival. Thanks for letting us know so we could make these improvements.

Absolute scam!! Despite numerous messages supposedly containing the room’s door code, this was not provided until after arrival, which delayed check-in. They spam messages saying your “application” had failed and to send pics of your drivers license, credit card, selfies, etc. and will STILL send messages claiming it failed AFTER you call and they say its approved. As for the room, it is in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BUILDING than the address given, had live and dead roaches, a ceiling vent in the bathroom was falling, and an entire electrical wall outlet laying on the floor RIGHT UNDER an obvious water damage spot on the ceiling. Good luck getting ahold of them after-hours, they wont respond until you’ve spent an hour with VRBO support also calling them repeatedly. Despite the unit being not only unclean, but DANGEROUS, they will refuse to give you a refund, which VRBO cannot help with because you HAVE to pay on their third party website! All communications and responses to reviews are answered by ChatGPT or another AI bot, not a person. The unit is managed by Big Fish Rentals, so avoid them at ALL costs.

Currently, my husband and I own a high-rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.

This unit has a refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, and ocean views. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! The great pool area, kids' pay area and sun deck are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Steps from the beach!
