Waterfront Living: South Gulf Cove is an affluent community with over 120 constructed canals, providing direct access to Charlotte Harbor. This makes it an ideal location for boating enthusiasts, with many properties featuring private docks and outdoor living spaces. There's a boat ramp less than 3 miles away with room to park your boat on the driveway!
Outdoor Activities: The area offers a plethora of outdoor activities, including boating, golfing, and enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding preserves and state parks. The community's focus on an outdoor lifestyle ensures that residents and visitors have plenty of recreational options!
