Cottage in Lexington with Lake view just 100 steps from the beach!!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the beach, and the beautiful sunrises in Lexington. We were surprised by several of the concerns raised in your review, as some of the issues mentioned were never brought to our attention during your stay or at checkout. When you contacted us upon arrival regarding the front door, we agreed that there was an issue and worked to address it. The same was true for the coffee maker. Had we been notified about any additional concerns, including the outdoor lighting or the toilet, we would have made every effort to resolve them promptly. Unfortunately, after your departure, our cleaning team found the property in an unusual condition, including broken blinds, wet towels left on furniture, and a severely clogged toilet that required professional plumbing services. We have photographs documenting the condition of the home, as well as the plumber’s invoice, which was submitted through VRBO. The charge requested reflected the actual cost we incurred to restore the property and was not arbitrary. We understand that issues can arise during any stay, which is why we encourage guests to contact us immediately so that we have the opportunity to help. We strive to provide all of our guests with a clean, enjoyable experience and take pride in maintaining our property.
