This is it! Ocean Breeze West 401 is a beautiful, NEWLY RENOVATED, 4th floor 3 Bd/2 Ba condo on Perdido Key, and is about 5 miles east of the Florida/Alabama line. Completely equipped kitchen. Free WIFI, 4 flat-screen TVs, with a balcony directly overlooking a heated pool and beach as well as a great view overlooking the back bays on the front with easy beach access. The pure white sugar sand is the only thing between you and the Gulf. It is on the quieter end, and offers miles of open beach East and West with plenty of interesting wildlife. There are plenty of activities nearby like golf, fishing, beach walks, dining, NAS Museum, Blue Angels shows. A short travel to Foley Alabama for even more activities; OWA (shops, waterpark, amusement part, shows, and many restaurants), Outlet Mall, Restaurants, Putt Putt Golf, and many many more. You can also go into the city of Pensacola and enjoy downtown where there are many shops and restaurants. Lots of options!

Great place to stay!

This was a great location. The beach wasn't over crowded and the condo was clean and well stocked. We hope to stay here again.

Awesome beach trip with family

We really enjoyed our stay! The owners were super responsive and so helpful. The condo is on a property that is not as popular, so it’s nice and quiet. Hope to visit again!

Great get away

Our family had a great time, and the view was even better than the pictures. The accommodations were really nice and the location was great. The complex is a smaller building so the pool and beach were not crowded. It was a wonderful experience!

Great family vacation

The unit was great. We loved having easy access to the beach and never having to wait for an elevator. We enjoyed staying here much more than a huge, crowded condo

Beautiful condo

We were very happy with the condo. It was in a good location, the view was amazing, we could watch dolphins from the balcony, and the hosts checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location. It’s nicely renovated and clean. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The beds were comfy too! I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped for meal prep and cooking. The beach was also not very crowded which was a huge plus!

Wonderful fall break!

Our family of 5 (kids age 9, 6, 3) had the best time enjoying this beautiful condo. It is wonderfully decorated and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The weather was perfect and the beach was never crowded. This condo is perfectly placed!! We loved our time here and will definitely make plans to return!

Loved the view!!!

Great week in a great condo!! Would love to visit again soon. We all loved the condo, the location to the beach and the ease of getting out and running around!! All of the furnishings were comfy and the kitchen was just what we needed- very well equipped!! The walk to the beach, the pool and how very uncrowded the beach was were all a super bonus!!!

Walk Down Memory Lane

We had a great time. We owned a condo in this building when it was built and spent many weeks here. It was like traveling down memory lane. The sand is beautiful. The host was so nice and attentive to our needs. We would recommend this condo as a great vacation place.

Beyond our expectations

What an amazing property. The beach views from the balcony and the short walk to the beach are priceless. The unit is very roomy and would be great for a family. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen or anywhere we have ever stayed. The checkin/out is smooth, communication is great and Tony is exceptional. Highly recommend this unit and would gladly stay again if we return to the area.

Beautiful

Absolutely beautiful property. The owners are incredibly kind. They checked on us during our stay. The property is fresh, clean and easy to navigate. We appreciated the fact that it wasn’t a large property, so time was wasted waiting on elevators or entering/exiting the beach. I highly recommend this condo.

Great family location

We had such a great time and the rate was reasonable so we were able to go out and have fun with the kids a little more than we normally do. The location is perfect for families with kids because it is not as crowded as a bigger unit, we all sat back and relaxed. The condo itself was clean and didn't have breakables out like some condos so we didn't have to put things high or worry someone would break something. Perfect vacation.

Great Condo!!!

I recently stayed in this condo with 5 of my friends. We all had a wonderful time and loved all the room we had. We loved all the amenities! The view from the balcony is awesome! It was exactly what 6 school teachers needed after a rough year!! We will be back again next summer.

Beautiful unit in quiet building!

We’ve stayed in other condos in Perdido Key but I chose this one because of the updated look & design. Really pretty, great views, nice pool & amazing beach!!! It was never crowded there & was great for our family. Owner checked in via text when we arrived to see if we needed anything & again when we left. I’d recommend this place to others for sure!

Great Condo!

My family recently stayed in this condo and had a wonderful time! Condo was awesome! Clean inside, big kitchen, great bar area! The way it was laid out was perfect for our group which included a toddler! Will defintely be staying here again! Owners were wonderful to work with! Even met us there with the key! Thanks again! See you next year!

Spring Break 2015

Our stay at Ocean Breeze West was AWESOME!! We have stayed in several condos in the Perdido Key area but the location of Ocean Breeze was the best yet. The space in the condo was exceptional. We had plenty of room, the master bedroom was great. Although the condo was an older condo it was in great condition. We hope you stay here again in the future.

I was born in England, and grew up in both Singapore and the US. I have been blessed to have traveled extensively all over the world. Having had many experiences with accommodations; I know how important it is to be comfortable especially while being away from your own home.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Perdido Key is absolutely beautiful. I would it is not as crowded as the neighboring beaches, which offers more peace and serenity. Everything is a short drive away; restaurants, stores, etc.. Drive a little further, and you have all kinds of attractions that you can imagine; Outlet shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, and more......

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Ahhh....but here is the difference. My accommodations are well taken care of. They are updated, and most importantly, they are clean! My team of cleaners take pride in what they do, and they truly care about the guests' experience. We also offer a more personal service with a little extra attention - it is all about you!
