It is less than two miles from the Beach, easily bikeable, with a private, quiet community pool, pickleball, and tennis courts, and less than two minutes to the Assawoman Canal Kayak loading ramp for a nice day of paddling. Speaking of location, this property is only 400 feet away from the pool and courts, making for a breeze of a walk. At the Coconut Crush Cottage, we've taken care of every detail to ensure your comfort and convenience. From three spacious bedrooms with high-quality bed and bath linens to the fully stocked kitchen with cookware, coffee, tea, and ice makers and entertainment options like 60” smart TVs perfect for a movie night or streaming your favorite shows, a Nintendo Switch dock, and dozens of board games, and we saved the best for last: a wall-mounted full arcade with 13,000 classic and modern games to choose from, keeping the family occupied for hours! We also provide four pickle paddles and balls to get out and break a sweat on the courts.

The space

INSIDE: An open concept fully stocked kitchen with a large dining room table, cookware and utensils, gas range and oven, and overhead microwave dishwasher and many other amenities; a master bedroom with a king-sized BEAR™ Star Luxury mattress, large 55” smart TV, and a workstation for if you need to work on Vacation; another large bedroom with both a Queen and Full BEAR™ Star Luxury mattresses and large 55” smart TV; a large children’s room with two sets of luxury twin bunkbeds; 13000 game Arcade system, reading nook with oversized beanbag chair, assorted books, and large armoire to store all their things. We also have a complete upstairs laundry room with both a full-size washer and dryer to keep all your clothing and beach towels fresh.


We offer free Gigabit highspeed wi-fi and a 60” big-screen HD smart television, a Nintendo Switch docking station, and an entertainment station with assorted board games in the main living area.


OUTSIDE: Screened-in porch with comfortable outdoor couch and chairs, big Jenga blocks, and ring and hook game; additional, we have another large shaded, open-air deck with dining table, café string lights, and Weber charcoal grill, as well as a front porch with two cozy lounge chairs for enjoying a morning coffee and breathing in salty-air or gazing out at our large palm trees that will make you feel like you're in Key West. On the ground level, you will find a large stone patio under the privacy of pine trees with two swinging hammock chairs and one baby swinging chair for your little ones. We also have (6) Adirondack chairs, and of course, no vacation house would be complete without a regulation set of Cornhole tables. We also have a fully enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the pool or the beach (watch out for falling coconuts).

We have a large parking area, enough for four cars, with two covered spots underneath the house stilts.
