Our home is located in The Nations, one of the hottest and fastest growing neighborhoods in Nashville, Tennessee. The Nations is a bustling neighborhood with newly developed homes, local restaurants, breweries, boutique shopping, coffee shops and entertainment. The majority of residents here are young families and professionals who prefer the convenience of being close to downtown and the laid-back atmosphere. It has a quiet neighborhood feel, while being close to the interstate, ten minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes to the airport.



Red bicycle(coffee), fountain of juice, Bringles BBQ, Centennial Bar and Grill, Brightside bake shop, and many other restaurants are a 15 minute walk. L&L market is a 4 min drive with the famous five daughters donuts, shopping, and more great restaurants.



West Park is practically across the street. A simple 5 minute walk to Baseball Fields, play grounds, Soccer Fields, gymnasium, and more.

• Note: Guests will have full access to the home with the exception of 2 closets that contain personal items and house supplies.

We welcome your pups but require a $200 pet fee. We just ask that you keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges. :)



Getting Around:

We are located 14 miles from the BNA Airport, or a 22 minute drive.

The neighborhood is very walkable with majority of it having sidewalks and you will see people out and about walking throughout the day and night. There is a ton of street parking throughout the neighborhood.

Uber and Lyft are readily accessible as well to take you anywhere you'd like to go!

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 12 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians.

• If you are a Nashville local, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $200 pet fee. We’re happy to welcome your pups—please just keep them off the furniture. Excess pet hair or fur on furniture may require additional cleaning and could result in extra charges.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash: At checkout, please place all trash in the designated cans near the garage or in the dumpster.
