Villa Suba is a luxury 2-bedroom townhome.
The main floor features a spacious hall with living room, kitchen with designer cabinets, granite countertop, and stainless steel appliances, open plan living and dining area and a large screened porch.
The upper level features two bedrooms En-suite baths with Kohler fixtures and faucets as well as a laundry closet with washer/dryer. The master suite also includes a balcony.
The unit also offers central A/C, patio, allocated garden area, pool and children’s pool along with a boats dock space.
At Villa Suba, you will have access to the entire unit and public areas throughout the property.

Feb 2025 stay

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in the villa. Great location. The interior was clean and well appointed. The only thing I would suggest is a gas bbq, and an outdoor table. We would/will book here again!

Immaculate and had every ammenity you could need. Host was great. Unfortunately our a/c was broken so spent a few uncomfortable nights n days until we had to move next door. My only complaint. Otherwise great location great unit. Would definitely come back.

Villa Suba - Turks and Caicos - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Villa Suba was a great place for our weeklong stay in Turks and Caicos. Great location to a quick 10-15 drive to all the beaches other than the Northern point. One even a 5 minute walk, where there were less than 15 other people on a long stretch of beach. Restaurants in close distance - some even walking. Exactly as described, clean, well stocked with towels, bottled water, kitchen amenities, and cleaning supplies. We had a minor instance with lack of running water, but believe that was a neighborhood issue and was resolved very quickly. Suba was prompt with his responses and advised as soon as fixed. Fast WiFi to support the work and school we needed to do while there. Pool was small but nice, very often no one else around. Parking spot small, but usually another was available for the large Jeep we rented. Turks is expensive, but this VRBO was a bargain for the location and amenities. If we were to go back to Turks we would definitely look to stay here again. Highly Recommend!

Great stay in TCI

We had an amazing stay in the villa. Suba was a great host and made sure the place was stocked for all of our needs. The location is great, centrally located near plenty of restaurants, bars and activities. The rooms and other areas were spacious, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Some upgrades

While this property was adequate we found that there were several things that need to be improved.Dishwasher needs to be replaced, railing to the upstairs needs to be repaired, all cupboards need to be tightened, needs no slip bath mats for both bathrooms, when you say BBQ you expect to see a propane BBQ not a 14 inch charcoal bricks and no starter, last in the front bead room the fan and light switch need to be repaired. An information book for visitors would also help.The location is great, close to all the restaurants we like to go to. We have been travelling to the TCI for the last 15 years and do love the area and the island very much. Feel that with some improvements this property would be an excellent stay.

Beautiful condo in great location.

This condo is in the Turtle Cove area near Bight Beach. It's only a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach with magnificent waters and fine sand. Most of the time we had this area of beach to ourselves with very few people at any time in the vicinity. There is a coral reef near the beach where snorkeling is good and can be done from the beach. The condo is large with plenty of room for four. The two bedrooms are upstairs, each with en suite bathroom. The listing says that there is a king bed in each room, but one of the rooms actually has two twin beds, not a king. There is a half bath downstairs, Plenty of things to use (beach towels, umbrella, floats, snorkle gear, yoga mat, etc.) The pool is shared with 14 other units but during our week there was only one time that anyone else was by the pool at the same time we were. Internet and AC were great. Washer/dryer and dishwasher were very helpful. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking is immediately outside the front door. Short drive to restaurants at the marina, and only a 10 minute drive to the absolutely beautiful Grace Bay beach. Grocery stores and gas also close. This is a good deal for very expensive Providenciales.

Perfect Location

The property's location was so convenient, never more than 10 minutes to anything we needed, and our favorite restaurant, Sharkbite, was within walking distance. The house was stocked with everything we needed: beach towels, bath towels, toilet paper, sunscreen, water bottles, and more. We absolutely plan to stay here again.

Neat place, convenient location

My mother and I recently stayed at this lovely place, very clean and neat and well located with nearby access to the beach. Highly recommend.
