We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—close to the beach and local attractions, exactly as described. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This place was AMAZING! Genuinely one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Not only is the pool so fun in the backyard, the location of the home itself was perfect. Literally anything you could think of is within a 10 minute drive, and there’s so much attractions and activities to do all around. I wasn’t even expecting to get half of what we got. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything and everything we would need, even as far as dog bowls. We had such an amazing time, and would definitely come back! Thank you!!

This home is beautiful and perfect for a romantic getaway we loved the pool and giant connect 4 and cornhole lots of entertainment thank you so much

Stayed at this home for my birthday This house was AMAZING! Peaceful and the decor is awesome ! Everything you need to relax , enjoy and forget your worries! Clean, comfortable and includes everything you need close to stores, restaurants ..Diego’s is a must try ! and beach is close by….The pool is beyond perfect with a shallow area to enjoy and we loved it includes an umbrella if we wanted some shade… Will rebook again !

Home Run!

Our family of 7 (ages 6-65) stayed there during a little league baseball tournament, which was nearby. It was perfect! The backyard was fabulous and we spent hours outside enjoying the pool, hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Close to beach, zoo, water park, go carts…. We did it all!

The Good- The backyard is beautiful- The house is stocked with kitchen equipment, beach gear, etc plus a few laundry pods dishwasher tabsThe Bad- The road has constant loud traffic at night- Towels and hand soap are limited, bring more of each- Linens weren't clean- Pool umbrella is torn / rusting out cornhole boards are similar condition- There were 2 beeping smoke alarms in a box of 10 old alarms in the garage. Why make a guest deal with this?The Ugly- 4 security cameras in the backyard not shown in the listing. 2 is sufficient, 4 is uncomfortable- The hot tub / pool remote didn’t work. After multiple texts over 2 days someone came to "show me how to use it" assuming I was the issue. The guy did the same things I tried, then called someone to say he didn't know how to use it either (lol). It took another day for the pool guy who admitted he doesn't know much about pool remote systems. He said the heater works so I’d have to manually operate (no remote). They didn’t give the back gate code, so I’d have to go through the house to turn it on/off. Ultimately I never used it b/c of the hassle (and not wanting to wake young sleeping kids) but my biggest complaint is how difficult mgmt was.They never followed up other than a text on the last day, guilt tripping us into a strong review. They said they wanted a chance to earn it but they clearly didn’t care when we had issues. I would not trust this company with my vacation again.

-0 out of 100. Worst experience of my life. Lets start by saying, this place wasnt cheap.. we arrived & I was already skeptical of the location.. then to find 3 undisclosed cameras(I have screenshots) facing the pool and hot tub & one was pointed & could see in the back door. When I called the number on the ad, it was "sand seekers" who I guess the owner uses for bookings. WHAT A JOKE! We asked if we could cover JUST the ones facing the pool, as they made me uncomfortable.... also, i booked a "private backyard oasis" per the ad. Ya, okay... anyways, they told us no, we asked for a refund (which they immediately did no questions asked, fishy right?) & told me to vacate immediately & HUNG UP ON ME. We barely had our stuff in our car & a guy pulled in like he was a bodyguard & was rude as heck to us & watched us until we left. Like WE did something wrong. 9 hours from home, no where to go & with my dog that already has heart problems & needed to rest after a 9 hour car ride. Yes VRBO is now involved & I will take this to the top. The customer service for this home is HORRIBLE. They didn't try to work with us at all, basically just said no, get out now. Thankfully vrbo has excellent customer service unlike sand seekers & relocated us & helped with cost. We are in a better location & are so glad of our outcome, but renters, beware. This place is shady from pulling in, plum to the pool & customer service is garbage if you need help with anything.
