Savor your morning coffee or a refreshing Mai Tai on the peaceful lanai surrounded by swaying palm trees. Take leisurely strolls to four pristine lagoons, diverse dining options, Starbucks, shopping, and championship golf courses—all within walking distance.

Enjoy the convenience of parking in your own private driveway (1 car only) and the comfort of central AC inside. Make a splash in the community pool, unwind in the hot tub, or host a BBQ in the shared outdoor spaces. Access to the fitness center is available upon request.

Inside, sleep soundly in two king beds and one queen bed. Utilize the full-size washer/dryer, stay connected with Smart TV and Wi-Fi, and relax knowing that your stay includes an average nightly rate based on a 30-day (29-night) rental period, as this property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rest easy knowing you can enjoy an entire month here for less than what many nearby hotels charge for one week!

Please note, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, inside or out. Failure to comply will result in eviction without refund. Maximum occupancy is six guests.

Our hosts were helpful and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was in excellent condition. It was a very clean home and they provided many items that made our trip easier such as beach chairs, cooler, and water bottles. The area is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. This place was a gem!

The location was perfect! The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach chairs and floaties provided. It is about 1 mile walk to lagoons, restaurants and shopping. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We did rent a car since we stayed for 6 weeks. It was convenient to have parking in the driveway. Driving around the area was easy and we visited other beaches. Enjoyed snorkeling at nearby Tracks beach. Communication with the host was fantastic with very quick responses to my questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property. We will definitely return to Ko Olina!

Very nice and clean townhouse. Family trip to Hawaii, we had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was very clean, easy access, and the host was easy to reach with any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Oahu. Neighborhood was quiet, restaurants, shopping not far. Right from the start, communication with Julie was super easy and quick.When we arrived (which was 5am our home time), we got a little mixed up (100% our fault and nothing to do with our host or rental), Jen who was looking out for us in Hawaii was on top of everything. She solved MY mix up immediately (thank you Jen ).The rental was absolutely beautiful. The beds were SO COMFY (and I'm picky). The entire unit was tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home. The air conditioning was a major plus for our senior travelling companions. We truly hated to leave.Ko'Olina is far enough away, yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. From start to finish, this rental is a 5 Star choice!!! Will 100% rent again!!Thank you Julie and Jen for ALL of your hospitality.Cheers from Canada!!

10/10! Wonderful hosts! A beautiful, serene space in beautiful Ko Olina The hosts were very helpful with any questions, always quick to respond. They left a lovely welcome gift upon our arrival…the home was clean, peaceful & easily accessible to anything you may need in the area. My family will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hawaii!

Great unit in a great place!

Property was perfect for us - been staying in this area for years and you can't beat it! Hosts were very attentive when I asked questions and the unit was spotless. I am looking forward to staying again next year with them:)

Comfortable home

Our stay was very nice. Lisa was great and so easy to communicate with. The house was great for our family. The kitchen is tight when you have 2 people in it but was fine. We will be booking again.

I love this place. Julie local contact Jen has been very communicative we stayed during the Tsunami warning . During our stay a brush fire also happened. Jen made sure to keep us updated. The place was perfect it was clean , the pool was a plus .

We had a great time in Koolina. There are so many water sports, golf, restaurants within walking distance.The condo is located at the end of the resort which made it very quiet and relaxing. The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained

Prefect locale for a perfect Hawaiian vacation!

This is a beautiful community, and a wonderful townhouse! Clean, modern and well stocked. The beds are amazing and super comfy. If we had questions, either the host or the manager were fabulous about resolving any issues or questions that we had. I can't say enough positive about our stay in Ko'olina. We HIGHLY recommend this property for an amazing stay.

Ko Olina Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Ko Olina. This was a perfect location with something for everyone to do from sipping coffee at the Four Seasons, snorkeling in the lagoons, Mai Tai’s at Monkeypods, catamaran trips out of the marina, luau at Paradise Cove, golf, pool, etc. The home is not large, but was perfect for a family of 6, and we didn’t spend much time in the house anyhow. The owner and manager were very easy to work with and very accommodating.

Ko Olina Gem

We had a wonderful stay at this Ko Olina Hillside Gem! The townhouse is exactly as described, comfortable, quiet and convenient to restaurants, shops and the nearly hotels and wonderful lagoons and beaches. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were new. Communication with the owners Julie and Todd was excellent as they made sure our stay was just as we had planned. The nearly manger Jen was a terrific resource sharing recommendations and taking care of all of our questions and needs. We highly recommend this gem and hope to return again!

Perfect Stay

I had a fantastic 7-night stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area and get everywhere I wanted to go. The pictures in the listing are completely accurate, so there were no surprises—everything was exactly as advertised. The beds were super comfy! The host was incredibly communicative and responded quickly to any questions I had, which made the entire experience seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Ko Olina - the perfect place to stay

We absolutely would stay at this condo again and again. Everything was great! We were greeted with some Hawaiin treats and the place was spotless. If you need a place to stay...this is it. It is so quiet and peaceful. There are numerous restaurants and an ABC story for any convenience store needs. The Host of this property was readily available and answered our questions really quick. I will sum it up by saying if you are looking for a place to stay in Oahu...this is it. just book it!!!

This was our first extended stay on Oʻahu, and Ko Olina turned out to be a true hidden gem. We chose the location based on proximity to friends on the island and couldn’t have been more pleased.The condo was absolutely perfect. A quiet end unit, it was in like-new condition—spotlessly clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The layout was thoughtful and inviting, and the bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable. The rear patio quickly became a favorite gathering spot, where we enjoyed warm tropical breezes, songbirds, and evening stargazing. My daughter loved photographing the gold dust day geckos, and on a couple of nights the kids even chose to sleep outside under the stars.Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we would have needed. Ko Olina itself was a destination—beautiful, peaceful, and walkable, with excellent dining options throughout the community. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or gym during our stay, but both were conveniently located near the unit and looked well maintained.All in all, a truly memorable stay. We would happily return to this condo and to Ko Olina.

This townhome was a gem of a find in the beautiful Ko Olina area! My family and I (myself, husband, parent in-laws, 4 and 2 year old kids) were looking for a spacious, clean rental to accommodate us for our 10 day visit with my sister-in-law and family who are stationed at Hickam Air Force Base. We wanted to avoid the craziness of Waikiki and instead stay in a more secluded, quiet and family-oriented part of the island. This townhome and location checked all the boxes! From booking and even prior to check-in, Julie communicated helpful information and provided a point of contact in the neighborhood should anything be needed. We ended up needing an extra parking pass and it was provided promptly! Check-in was smooth and easy. The unit is updated and clean, stocked with all the essentials you should need. We did find the trash can in the kitchen to be very small and recommend replacing with a larger size to avoid needing to change it multiple times a day. We also ended up running out of laundry and dish detergent and toilet paper, so needed to supplement with our own. If stocking more is an option, that may be helpful for future guests. However, in the grand scheme of our stay this was not a major concern compared to the positives!The proximity of the townhome to lagoons, restaurants, shops, and resorts was a major bonus! If we ever find ourselves wandering back to Oahu, we would without hesitation book this property again. Thank you for such great accommodations!

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is conveniently located in KoOlina, close to Target, Costco, Foodland, Walmart, Zippy’s, and several places to eat in Kapolei. We spent two weeks here with our young adult sons and our mini Goldendoodle. The condo was perfect for a family of 4.5. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The condo also beach chairs, floaties, and boogie boards. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. It is an end unit so it is very quiet. Julie was very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay at the condo again! Thank you Julie!
