That’s certainly not the standard we strive for, and I will be addressing this with our cleaning team right away to ensure it’s improved moving forward. I also apologize for the inconvenience with the propane and the missing laundry supplies. Those should absolutely have been available for your stay. The fire pit does have a full propane tank, and I truly wish I had been aware of the issue during your stay I would have gladly provided replacements immediately. We’ll also be reviewing our restocking and inspection process to prevent this from happening again. Your feedback is very valuable, and it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.
