We loved our stay. The view from the living room was amazing. Only steps from the white sand beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. You could walk to the Back Porch to eat. We will be back.

Early check-in options are too expensive and don’t make for a great impression, the living room furniture looked a little “used”, but the room was overall as-pictured and the view, amenities, and beach location is hard to beat!!!

The beach was great. It was not crowded at all bc it’s private, which is a huge plus. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the dryer was terrible. We couldn’t get clothes dry even after doing what management told us to do. Other than that, it was great!

Perfect place

Our favorite place to stay. We like the smaller feel of the condo ( not a high riser only three floors). Perfect location, clean, fully stocked kitchen. Perfect view of the gulf ❤️

Perfect Location

The condo was awesome. It was super easy to get to and walking distance to a lot of fun activities. It was freshly cleaned when we arrived. There was a couple damages that I reported but nothing major. The view is amazing and the beach was never overcrowded. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the future.

Nice Condo

Condo is in a low rise building, which we like. It is directly on the beach. Since its a smaller building, the private beach area isn't crowded. Check in and check out was simple.

This property is absolutely perfect for what we wanted! The condo was amazing and we plan to book again! We didn’t want to be in a high rise stuck waiting for elevators, this building is 3 stories with less than 50 units. You are right on the gulf, with a pool and indoor hot tub. The gulf was beautiful, a bit choppy so we spent most of our time in the pool which was the perfect size and temperature. The condo is recently updated and beautiful! Comfortable furniture, beds, clean bathrooms, washer and dryer, fully appointed kitchen with everything we needed for meals. The sliding doors to the balcony are sound proof, so we didn’t hear anything while in the unit. Balcony was a great size for us, one item to update was the table and chairs. There is one set is really nice chairs and then 2 chairs with a small table; the small table/chairs have a decent amount of rust and are not usable. But this is nothing that would stop us from booking again! I fully recommend and will be back!

We’re thrilled to hear the property was perfect for what you wanted and that you enjoyed the smaller building, Gulf-front location, pool, indoor hot tub, and easy access without long elevator waits. It’s great to know the condo felt comfortable, clean, well appointed, and quiet for your stay. We also appreciate you mentioning the balcony table and chairs. We’ll take a look at those items and see what can be improved. We’re so glad this did not take away from your overall experience, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We would be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Problem with the lock

I asked the property mgr to look at the lock. He said it needed more attention. A button on the bar stool popped off and I set it on the kitchen cabinets. I love the place and would like to set up future rentals. This is the best place I have stayed in Destin.

4 Star Review

Great space! Perfect location! Condo was well equipped with everything that was needed. There were plenty of bath towels and spare pillows. Great view from balcony. We were able to watch dolphins swim while having breakfast. It is close to the pool which wasn't a problem this time of year but might be a nuisance during the busier season. We did appreciate the size of the building and the fact that there was plenty of beach space. Most other complexes had 15+ chair and umbrella setups while we had an average of 10. We were easily able to utilize the chairs and umbrella in condo. My reason for not giving 5 stars was, although overall the condo was clean, the floors could use a washing. Our feet and socks were dirty within minutes of walking barefoot around the space. You could tell they vacuum but don't wash floors. Maybe they run a swiffer over it but it's not actually scrubbed. All in all, great space, great location, would return.
