The kitchen is outfitted with custom cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel
appliances and fully stocked with cookware for your stay.

For your convenience, this includes a
full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area with tile flooring throughout the entire condo.

Perdido Dunes Tower offers many amenities, including a dune walkover to the beach, an
outdoor pool, top floor fitness center, Wi-Fi throughout the tower and a dedicated parking spot and guest parking.

Unit is accessed by keyless entry. Key code will be provided three days prior to arrival.

There is one assigned parking space per condo unit number and one guest parking space per condo unit on a first-come-first-serve basis, as available. **Maximum of TWO parking spaces per condo unit allowed at any time.**

One parking tag is included in the rental. If an additional parking tag is needed, please notify the host for instructions on how to purchase an additional parking tag. Parking tags are $30 each.
