This was perfect for our stay. Close to the Universal parks, grocery stores and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable with lots of space for the four of us.

This guest tried to get a full refund after staying the first night, so they made up a "bed bug" story to justify the request. It's really unfortunate that we have to deal with these kinds of problems.

Property was nice. Love that it was in a gated community, made me feel safe. Host was very accommodating, providing a few essentials that we didn't think about packing. Our place was 3 floors, so there was a lot of squeaking but that would not stop me from staying here again. 10/10 absolutely recommend!!

It has 3 floors. The stairs were kinda noisy when people are still sleeping.We had enough space for what we needed. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and did run out before we left. It was thin so we had to use more of it.I like that its a gated community, but sometimes people put in the code and multiple cars would get in. Parking space was pretty small, be careful parking.Everything was good for the price. We didn't stay in the room much because we were at the theme parks.

We loved how close we were to the parks and shopping, the host was easy to communicate with answering any questions we had as well as being quick to fix any issues we ran into! We were a family of six and it was nice to be able to spread out throughout the house after long hot days being out. Huge perks for not needing to share bathrooms. The only thing I think could use improvement is the housekeepers/cleaners attention to detail when cleaning, something’s definitely could have used a better cleaning but at the end of the day it didn’t affect our stay and we would definitely come back.

For us, it was very centrally located. We were in town for an event at the Orange County Convention Center and it was very easy to get there and back. Shops and restaurants were also easy to find in the area. The pool area was great, we loved spending down time hanging out by the pool. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

My wife and I were looking for an extended weekend getaway it was perfect. It's near everything you need shopping, food and entertainment or just relaxation. The owner of the property communicated clearly every detail address any concerns I had on the day of my trip. It was truly and awesome getaway for couples or families.

There were items in unit that weren't expected, like air fryer, pressure cooker, panini press. There were items that we expect to be in the unit that were not: oven mitts, pot holders, dish towels, pool towels, more than 1 trash bag for the kitchen, more than 1 dishwasher pod.Toilets/drains ran slow, sliding doors locks were difficult to get to work. Great location, good communication with host. Price was high in comparison to what friends paid in same resort, comparable units.

Here’s what we loved about this unit. We loved the location as it was conveniently located close to all of the attractions and multiple restaurants! The amenities at the clubhouse were also spectacular, but one of the key cards wasn’t working so we needed assistance to get into the Clubhouse. I’m not certain if the other key cards were working since we only tried one card. We also loved the overall size of the unit itself and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom.Here’s what needs improvement. As for the unit itself, the unit wasn’t as clean as I would have excepted. There were dead bugs throughout (but hey it’s FL), the paint was cracking in one of the upstairs bathrooms, and both shower curtains in the upstairs bathrooms appeared to have mold on them. Also, the light in the second floor bathroom was broken and that toilet appeared to have mold on it. Throughout the unit there are scuff marks on the walls and floorboards, and you could see where someone attempted to patch multiple holes throughout.While we loved the size of the kitchen, it lacked kitchen towels, and hot mitts. Also the kitchen table felt cheap…something that resembled lawn furniture.Overall, I would give this place a 6/10.

The place was fine, just a little messy. Food splatters on wall near trash can, some broken items like screen sitting in tv room, broken mirror in upstairs master. Older furniture but it was fine. I have stayed in 3 places a year for 4 years now. This one is mid to lower.

Some maintenance needs to be done. Walls cleaned, mirrors and screens put back up where have fallen down, etc. Floors and stairs are crazy creaky which makes staying downstairs difficult if anyone is up. Appliances under stocked. No can opener, wine opener, no decent pans. Fairly clean and good location. You get what you pay for. Property manager very responsive.

Place seemed a little beat up from the last guests, toilet and bathroom sink was clogged and blinds were completely tangled up and broken. The host responded immediately and had someone over in 15 mins though. Toilet and sink was fixed right away. Great location, plenty of space, quiet, and amazing value in price and location in comparison to parks and restaurants. WiFi was good and reliable. Would definitely stay here again!!

Host was friendly, the condo itself however I expected a garage instead there was a washer and dryer and a couch in the garage. I asked the host for some wash rags and a couple extra rolls of toilet paper, he declined deferring to the listing that I had to provide that stuff. So after a torturous day out in the heat at SeaWorld I gotta go back out and get wash rags and TP and trash bags. The previous places provided 2 towels 2 hand towels and 2 disposable wash rags and we just washed them. My bed in the master bedroom was older looking and my bed was very squeaky and my shower was so slippery that I fell, and I hurt for a couple days. The area rug was torn in my room and behind my door had been patched. We woke up late on check out day and the cleaner showed up right at 10:00 and he said that the door had to be open and he would stay there until we left, the host then called and said that he would charge me if left any later than noon, we left at 1150 and he charged me anyway. I understand that it was our fault that we were out late but he said we had till noon and he didn’t keep his word. It was close to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just think that when people are traveling or been in the heat all day you should be more hospitable.

AC was not working when we arrived. Host was responsive to initiate AC repair. Overall condition of unit was subpar. We have stayed in Vista Cay about 15 times in the last 10-15 years and the functional condition of this unit was easily the worst. Dishwasher top rack track was broken and dishwasher drainage backed up the sink. Garbage disposal not working. One hairdryer for three bedrooms and the hairdryer was an unmounted wall unit which was awkward to use. Upstairs bathroom sink didn't drain well. No clubhouse/pool entry badges on lanyards for easy use like all other Vista Cay units we have stayed at. Host stated to just go to clubhouse and give unit address to gain access, but clubhouse attendants said repeatedly that this is not proper. Bedding was quite worn as well.

Overall, the property matched the listing and the communication was excellent. There was an issue with the HVAC and the property manager reached out before we contacted them, informing us that they would be out that day to service/address the issue. Plenty of space for a family of 4.
