The Master bedroom should have a love seater (2-seater chair) or 2 single chairs (1 single chair is better than none) with coffee table (conversation set). The room is huge and couples should be able to seat somewhere else besides the bed

This was such an excellent property that easily accommodated 11 people. It was perfectly located within a few miles from the Mall and the surrounding scenic areas. The host maintained great communication throughout our entire stay and the only issue (garbage disposal) was resolved the next day. In fact, the host was willing to send out a tech the very same evening when I reported it but we were all tuckered out from our sightseeing endeavors. Again, this house was absolutely perfect with plenty of dishware for us to enjoy a family dinner every night. Even the neighbors on both sides were gracious and kind people. Great memories were made.

The house was as advertised and there was plenty of room for our group of 15 to stay comfortably. The close proximity to the metro was very handy as well. Having use of the garage was so great to park our rental car in also. So much to be happy about with this property. Aivet answered any questions promptly and helped me know where to stop for groceries before arriving.

We enjoyed staying at the Presidential DC Estate. We have several people but had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Beds were comfortable. Home was clean. Plenty of parking (we were concerned about that). Communication with the host was great - very responsive. Great for our family to visit the DC area. Thank you!

Great for large groups

The house worked well for our group. It’s a fun layout and the beds were comfortable. Location was close to the metro, which was convenient. The kitchen could definitely use some bigger pots and pans, especially for cooking for a group. Overall, it did the job for our stay. We would stay there again.
