Our humble home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Liberty Township, Ohio. Located in the Lakota school district, this home features three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with free on-site laundry. It`s the perfect home for a small family or traveling workers. Our home has been completely remodeled, and is ready to host you!

Welcome to beautiful Liberty Township, Ohio. While this is one of our smaller homes, it really packs a punch the minute you walk through the front door. We have completely remodeled every inch of our home and boasts beautiful paint and decor throughout.

When you enter our home, you are greeted with a cozy living room area with comfortable sofas and a smart TV where you can download your favorite apps. The kitchen is just to the right and has plenty of seating at the table for four. You`ll also find the full-size washer and dryer near this area.

The full kitchen offers a brand new suite of stainless appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook an enjoyable meal. It has an oven/range, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a table off the kitchen area with seating for four. Sit and enjoy a family meal or game night.

The hallway off the living room leads you to the three bedrooms. There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combination and under-the-sink storage. We provide towels and basic disposable toiletries for you to use during your stay.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed. It has a walk-in closet and its own private half bath. There is plenty of space to unpack and relax before bedtime. The second bedroom features another king-size bed and smart TV. It has a sliding closet door with plenty of storage space for unpacking.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
**MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING**
Our properties are in quiet, Family-Oriented Neighborhoods. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy for Parties. Unauthorized gatherings will result in your immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
• We can make exceptions to our rules, but you must request your exception in writing and have written approval from us.
• Primary Guest must sign Rental Agreement and pool general liability waiver release (if applicable).
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
• All check-outs are promptly at 11am.
• Furniture may not be re-arranged.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Air mattresses must be requested prior to arrival.
• Primary Guest must submit a photo of their ID (driver’s license, passport, state id) and must identify other guests by name during registration.
• At management`s discretion, private security may be required (we utilize Echler USA). Details will be provided prior to guest arrival.
• Vehicle count and: make, model, and year may be required depending on property.
*If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the guest count provided by the primary host, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per night over the provided guest count.
**Guests will be charged for all damages and will be responsible for paying the max daily rate of $999 per night if we must block any days or cancel reservations due to the house requiring maintenance or additional cleaning after your stay.
*** Properties are in an area where pests naturally occur on an occasion. We will remedy immediately upon notification.
**** Further information may be requested if primary residence is in a 15-mile radius of the rental location.
***** In cases where the Police are called, the Primary Guest will be charged $1,000. Additional $500 charge if we are called or neighbors complain of loud noise.
****** Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine.
******* All check-outs are at 11am, additional fees of $50/hour if you are late to check-out.
******** From time to time, odors may be present upon arrival, please notify us and we will remedy this as soon as possible.
*********If guests are dissatisfied with their stay for any reason, they will allow our team to evaluate the situation in person (visual inspection may be required) within 24 hours to determine if property is able to be repaired or if guests need to be relocated. If management determines a repair cannot be made within a reasonable time and the issue is significant enough to affect the guest’s stay, we will offer a comparable property for the remainder of the guest`s stay. If no comparable property is available and the situation cannot be remedied, we will issue the guest a refund for the remainder of their stay.
