Experience the best of Cocoa Beach at The Shark Tank—a one-of-a-kind stay with 4 newly updated units and the only 8-bedroom setup in downtown Cocoa Beach! Inside, you’ll find 4 big 75" smart TVs with YouTubeTV, NFL Sunday Ticket, and NBA GamePass. There are 4 master bedrooms with king beds and TVs, plus 4 more bedrooms with a mix of queen and twin beds—great for big families or groups. We provide all the beach must-haves: chairs, towels, and toys.
Outside, enjoy a private space with bright turf, hammocks, and patio seating. Rinse off in the unique surfboard shower, then have fun with games like giant Connect 4 and cornhole. You also get four parking spots right in the driveway. The location is hard to beat—right in town-center, close to City Hall and other key spots, but still quiet and tucked away. Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, and an easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and Orlando’s top attractions.
