The condo was as advertised. The unit was clean and inviting! We were out and about much of the time, so didn't spend much time there. It was very pretty and the pumpkin people were nice touch!!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful weekend skiing and hiking in the area. The townhouse was exactly as described -- clean, comfortable, and cozy. This was a memorable adults weekend away for us and we will likely be back, this time with the kids!

Our family had a great ski weekend at this condo. The unit was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and ensured everything ran smoothly. The location was convenient to points all over the area and my kids really enjoyed swimming and playing in the clubhouse. We would stay here again!

Great Condo!

This is a great condo! Very comfortable with lots of space, the loft area was great for my teenager and nine year old, they had a space to hang out and watch TV. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen has just about everything thing you will need. Dixie is awesome, with quick responses to all questions. Will definitely be back. Close to Storyland and Attitash, Diana's Bath and Echo Lake, about an hour from Santa's Village, Clarks Trading Post and Whales Tale.

NH getaway

The condo was very clean . The only issue was it states a penthouse with indoor pool It makes it sound like the pool is in the condo building but it actually is in a clubhouse. Unfortunately the hot tub was cold and repair man was called . Overall it was a pleasant vacation and Dixie was accommodating

Such a great time.

Love the area, so close to so many things. Clean and comfortable. My son loved the loft, he didn’t want to leave. Also don’t worry if you go in the summer, there’s two ac units. One upstairs and one in the downstairs bedroom, I suggest checking in and putting them on while you run out to grab some items or dinner. It will definitely cool down and be super comfortable! Will definitely stay again, can’t wait for next year.

Ski Week-end

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, good size and loved the loft. Master bedroom and bath were wonderful. Owners were very helpful answering questions. Location was great. The condos are a little dated, but that was fine. We were disappointed that we couldn't use the fireplace, one of the reasons we wanted to rent. The hot tub was ok, it had some funk floating around in it so we had to get out. Next day it was better. Pool was too cold to swim. Overall, a good experience though.

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with the pellet stove, which we do not consider a "fireplace". We purposely do not list a fireplace in our amenities because it's a pellet stove, for decor only. However, there is an electric fireplace in the loft which you were more than welcome to use. I am rather surprised to hear you refer to the condos as "dated". Considering our particular unit was recently upgraded with some of the most modern decor and fixtures of the entire complex. Guests generally rave about the high quality and modern appearance of our unit. The hot tub, which is located in the main clubhouse, is entirely maintained by the complex management and not in our control. However, I will speak with them about that issue - as we certainly expect our guests to have access to a clean tub. Happy to know you enjoyed your stay otherwise. Thank you for choosing us.

Not what it seems

Our stay wasn't the trip we had wanted . My wife was in the hospital for two months. Three flights of stairs . This wasn't said in the listing. The listing in parts is true but it was not what it seems . Bbq is on the property but is was in the next lot .This is a small compliant. We had many issues so renter's beware .

Our listing states that it is a "penthouse" and it also states that there are no elevators in the building. Thus, stairs should be expected. We do not advertise that we offer a BBQ, so why somebody would expect one to be at our property is beyond me! This guest did not read the paperwork we sent him well ahead of his stay, and for that reason, he misunderstood many things. We send a "Prep & Pack" letter 7 days in advance of arrival, to make sure you have all your questions answered. Nothing to "Be Aware" of here folks! Except that you should carefully read pre-arrival instructions, and please ask questions beforehand. We would not rent to these guests again.

As described

Our group loved this condo! It was really nice, and felt very clean and was a perfect set up for two couples and our teenage kids. One of the couples had to stay in a smaller bedroom with twin beds. There was nothing wrong with it, I just felt bad because my husband and I stayed in the large master bedroom with a private bath. But no one complained. We knew what to expect and we were all so happy the place was so pleasant. Our kids stayed in the loft and it felt like a big slumber party for them. They loved it. The condo buildings are very nice, and we loved the charming and rustic clubhouse. We were very close to Attitash and many local attractions. The host was very friendly and easy to deal with. I had some questions throughout the weekend and received very quick, helpful and kind responses. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo, excellent location

This condo is exactly as advertised. We stayed over the New Year's weekend and had a great time. The layout was perfect for our two family group of 4 parents and 4 teens (aged 14-18). After a full day of skiing at Attitash (maybe a mile away) and shopping/dining in Conway, the parents settled downstairs in the living room watching the huge TV while the kids hung out in the loft watching TV and doing whatever social media they do. The wifi was a huge plus and we also spent some time in the clubhouse playing ping pong and relaxing in the hot tub. The unit itself is in great condition, well maintained, and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses and silver. The owners have left a binder with a list of things to do in the area as well as a menu from just about all of the restaurants nearby. Oh, and having a washer and dryer was very convenient as well. Dixie was great and always got back to us very quickly when we had any questions. I would certainly recommend this very comfy condo to anyone looking to take a ski vacation with lots of other stuff to do nearby.

Our family of five had a great stay in this little condo. It had everything we needed and was close to the places we wanted to visit. Our kids loved the indoor pool and the “pretend” Fenway Park. We would rent here again!

Great central location. Very nice property

Condo was very nice with plenty of comfortable seating. Master bedroom great size and had en-suite. The loft was so much nicer than anticipated. We didn’t need it for extra sleeping but it was set up great for that as well as an additional living room It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware and various types of glasses. Very basic pots for cooking. If you need a specific pot/pan for a dish you are cooking, you may want to pack and bring We would definitely rent here again

A happy start to 2022

An enjoyable stay was had here along with enough snow so that a snowman could be made in front! The master bedroom was a good size with a large closet. The loft was very spacious. We only wish that the sofa bed was more substantial since we were two couples and a child. That said the price is reflective making this condo a great value! Perfect to have two full baths and the fact they have been remodeled beautifully and were sparkling clean as was the kitchen was a big plus. Nice for our morning breakfast and snacks. We so enjoyed a sleigh ride at Nestlenook Farm and a delectable dinner at the Christmas Farm Inn. The wild mushroom brushetta, grilled brie, clam chowder ...turkey dinner, veal schnitzel and beef & mushroom pappardelle....all outstanding. Service was attentive and with a happy nature. The condo location was very central to all we did and our reservations were made with ease. Thank you Dixie
