✔ Bed linens, towels, and starter toiletries provided. We recommend bringing additional toiletries.
✔ Uncovered parking is available for several cars in the long driveway.
✔ The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, serving ware, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and tea pot. No dishwasher.
✔ This home is built for energy efficiency with radiant floor heating, wood-burning fireplace, fans, and an AC unit in the loft. There is no central air. Breezes from the river typically cool the home.
✔ Cell service can be less predictable, however wifi calls are available through high-speed Starlink internet.
✔ This is a luxury cabin in the great outdoors. Please watch for insects and ticks, as well as poison ivy. Bring bug spray.
✔ We have a Grinder Pump Sewer System. No Grease, food debris, plastics, or feminine products should be put in any drains. You will be responsible for damage from misuse of the system.
