A large wraparound deck with pergola and seating, enjoys those same bucolic views and welcomes you into the home. The light-filled first floor features a modern layout with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area is framed around a brick fireplace with sofa and chair seating. The Dining Area is wrapped by two walls of glass windows and French doors, with views across the meadow. The Gourmet Kitchen has a large breakfast bar and plenty of prep space.

A French door off the Kitchen opens to a screened porch with table and chairs. There is also first floor Primary Bedroom with en suite bath. The other three Bedrooms are all upstairs on the second floor. Each has its own private en suite Bath.

Outdoor entertaining unfolds across the wraparound deck with two seating areas. Though you will feel miles away, downtown Edgartown Village with its restaurants, beaches and harbor, and shops, is only a five or 10-minute bike ride away.
