The Space:
Here are National Harbor, we want you to feel at home in your Presidential 4 bedroom/4 bath condo with balcony that is a staggering 2088-2100sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed with attached en suite. The second bedroom has a king bed and attached en suite. In the 3rd and 4th bedroom there are two double beds and access to a bathroom. The very open living room has a balcony where you can enjoy the beauty of nature with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 12 guests! A full kitchen and a dinning room, you have the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. A washer & dryer are also included. With all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!

All 42 Presidential suites, which include both standard Presidential and Presidential Reserve suites, have a washer/dryer. Each guest floor also has a shared laundry facility.

A bellhop service will be provided upon arrival to assist guests unloading their vehicle(s). Due to the limited size of the driveway, guests will be required to park the vehicle prior to check-in

Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
