This house is located in a very secure neighborhood, with 24-hour security and gated fences to ensure privacy and security.

*NOTE: POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $65 per night (can only be added for the entire stay); the BBQ grill is additional $150 to use for the entire stay.

*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 80-85°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.
