*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection
fee.

*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 85-92°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.

Pool/spa heating is $65 per day and must be for the entire reservation. The grill is $150 for use and includes a tank of propane.
